Appearance: When he was young Sebastian looked awfully a lot like his twin sister, Artemis. They both had identical blonde hair, though his was shorter and cut, and both had the same eye color. And unlike his sister, his face was chubby. But growing up he developed a deep dark hatred towards his father for the training sessions and trauma he and his twin endured

When he reached the age of twelve, Sebastian had a lean muscular physique due to his training with his father. He had his hair in an undercut style. And his face loss the baby fat he once had.

After the incident that took place on his first mission with his parents that caused an explosion crippling his mother and severely damaged his left arm. Sebastian was pronounced dead and his mother and sisters believed he was gone but his father had other plans, now as the Winter Soldier he looked a lot different. He now had a lean-muscular athletic build. His hair color was now darker, due to dying it black. He wears a black tactical suit, fitted with a vest, combat pants and boots, fingerless leather gloves, and a mask fitted with goggles to hide his face. In place of his left arm, he had it replaced for an entirely refitted bionic arm that was made with advanced technology to help serve his purpose.
