"Azriel.. I'm pregnant" she said that make me about to cry.. The girl i dream for years is now carrying my child..

I  couldn't hold my tears back anymore  it falls on my cheeks, as i immediately hugged her tightly my possessiveness grew more.

"You don't know how happy am i baby... I'm so fucking happy!" I said shaking on her arms my face was buried on her neck

"Happy new year hubby.. Pasensya kana ito lang ang gift ko sayo"

"Damn baby! It was the best gift ever i received, you and our unborn baby I love you seleira. My beautiful wife" I said as i kissed her lips roughly, it's always so sweet do delicious

"So it's top crying!" She teased me, as i chuckled and kiss her face all over

"Your mine." I said deeply and hugged her again

"I'm yours hubby.. Always yours." She replied that make me hugged her more tighter, you're carrying my baby seleira and now.. You can't escape me.

"Yes, that's it your mine baby body and soul" I replied kissing her forehead tenderly

"Fuck damn it I'm hungry." I heard someone's voice behind us

"John?!" Seleira shouted in shocked

"What Are you doing here." I said coldy, he's going to get my baby Attention's away from me again..

"Sunshine..!" John said while he hugged seleira, my wife hugged him back with a smile

"Hey, hey, baby..." I said with jealousy, as i grabbed her hand away from him

"I'm sorry john, my big baby boy is jealous" seleira said as i buried my face on her neck

"He's always been like that" john replied annoying me again

"But I'm so hungry let's eat first.." John added and take a sit in front of the big table

"Baby? hubby? Let's eat now don't be jealous I'm yours remember" seleira whispered on me as i nodd slowly and pulled out a chair for her as she take a sit immediately.

"Are you still mad because of what i did? Come on cousin I changed." John said smiling

"I don't care" I said as seleira glared at me

"Hubby.. I thought we already talk about this.." She said threatening me, damn it no one can threatened me like this but seleira? Shit I'm afraid of her.

"Fine, I'm not mad okay just eat.." I said to john rolling my eyes annoyed, seleira invited him to come here so.

"Aw.. Cute cousin" he said smirking, while he started to eat

"Baby? Do you want me to fed you?" I asked seleira who's sitting beside me cutely she's just so small around us john and i are bigger than her

"Ano kaba! Nakakahiya kay john oh.." She said blushing

"Hey i don't mind anymore, because i have a babygirl too" john said biting her lowerlip

"What?!! Who is that?" I said, it was so fucking impossible he's so cold how could a girl fall on him unless it's a slut

"She will arrive soon, i invited her" john replied with a smile, as my baby eat by herself instead

"So.. It was her you want me to meet?" Seleira asked john as he nodded slowly

"Yeah—" John's words was cut off when a girl came in, wait why is she familiar..

"Hi.." The girl said as john immediately smiled and stand up, while he kiss the girl's lips gently

"Everyone my fiancee, Xyriel." John said as seleira cough because of shock

"What the?!!" Seleira said as i pat her back gently, the girl who's xyriel is the doctor who kidnapped her

"How?!" Seleira asked, while i caresses her little thigh

"So shock huh?, but let just say we fell in love to each other because xyriel has been taking care of me on the asylum she's the only doctor didn't give up just to find away to treat me and that is to kidnapped you before remember?" John replied smiling, I'm glad he have a own girl now because seleira is goddamned mine.

The room was quiet, bathed in the soft golden light of the setting sun. I stood by the window, my gaze fixed on Seleira as she slept on the bed, our newborn son nestled against her chest. Her hair framed her face like a halo, her lips slightly parted in peaceful slumber.

I didn’t deserve her.

She had come into my life like a storm, defiant and fiery, challenging every rule I had ever set for myself. From the moment I saw her, she became my obsession. I had wanted to own her, to possess her completely. But she had done the impossible—she had possessed me instead.

Now, watching her and my son the enormity of what I had almost lost hit me.

For years, my life had been built on power, fear, and control. I had been untouchable, untamed. But she changed everything. Seleira had made me feel things I never thought possible love, hope, vulnerability. And with that came a fear deeper than anything I’d ever faced: the fear of losing her.

I walked over to the bed, careful not to wake them. My son’s tiny fingers twitched as he dreamed, his chest rising and falling with each soft breath. I reached out, my hand dwarfing his as I brushed a finger against his.

My son.

My heart clenched with a fierce, protective pride. He was so small, so fragile. And yet, he carried a piece of me and the woman I loved.

“I’ll protect you,” I whispered, my voice barely audible. “Both of you. Always.”

Seleira stirred, her eyes fluttering open. When her gaze met mine, a soft smile spread across her lips. Even after everything the danger, the chaos, the darkness of my world she looked at me as though I was her sanctuary.

“Azriel,” she murmured, her voice laced with exhaustion but filled with warmth.

“Go back to sleep,” I said, brushing a strand of hair from her face. “I’m here.”

“You’re always here,” she teased lightly, her eyes twinkling despite her weariness.

“And I always will be,” I replied, my tone firm.

Seleira shifted slightly, careful not to disturb the baby. “You’re still watching over us like a hawk, aren’t you?”

“I can’t help it,” I admitted, sitting on the edge of the bed. “You’re mine, Seleira. You and him. I’ll never stop protecting you.”

She reached for my hand, lacing her fingers with mine. “I know. But hubby you don't have to be so possessive like that.."

I leaned down, pressing a kiss to her forehead. “I know. But some things never change. I’ll always be possessive of you, Seleira. It’s who I am.”

“𝐈 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐙𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐋" she said for the first time.. My heart beat so fast as her words echoing on my mind again and again, seleira does love me now..

"I love you more baby.." I said as i kissed her forehead gently, while i caresses her hair so she'll fall asleep back

I sat there for a while, watching them as the sun dipped below the horizon. The life I had built before Seleira felt like a distant memory. My world was no longer defined by power or fear it was defined by them.

My wife. My son.

They were my everything.

And as I sat in the quiet of that room, I made a silent vow  ‘no one would ever come close to what was mine.’

Not now. Not ever.
