Ch 4: I faint and blondie dramatically catches me

[Time skip (i do that a lot): Alisa has put Edeth in Country Heights school. Thea tried scaring Edeth about all that Emily stuff, but she didn't get scared. Fast forward to a week and she becomes good friends with Thea, Rebecca and Xander. She talks a bit with Nash and Jameson. She still doesn't like Grayson much and they give each other the silent treatment]

Edeths' POV:

I couldn't sleep at all last night, I blame it on my stupid brain which does not function properly and doesn't make my body sleep when it is supposed to. I had the most terrible headache in the world,it felt like my head was gonna fall off any second. I needed an advil or some pain med.

I got off my bed feeling dizzy and went to Oren who stood outside my bedroom door, did this guy ever sleep or eat or even use the washroom? 

"Do you know where these people keep the medicines?" I asked Oren slowly.
"Why? Are you alright?" Oren asked instead of answering my question
"I'm fine, just have a headache" I replied quietly
"Well, I don't know that but we can go to Mr or Mrs Laughlin, or Nash or Grayson, the others have gone to school" 
Mr and Mrs Laughlin stared at me weirdly and I'm pretty sure Grayson still hated me, but I reluctantly said, "Anyone but Grayson" cause he was the only person I couldn't deal with right now.

I was lazily walking trying to drag myself when I bumped into the devil himself. 

My head was definitely falling now, bumping anyone sure doesn't help, and bumping Grayson definitely doesn't. It felt like there was an earthquake going on inside my head.

"Can't you see where you are going Edeth, you always keep banging into me," Grayson said rudely.

I stared into his steel grey eyes, and said, "Talk quietly"
"Are you okay?" He asked me

The look on his face changed or I was just going crazy

My body couldn't handle its' weight

"Fi..fin..ne" I said slowly and dizzily, my eyes felt so heavy and droopy.

My head was blacking out and my legs gave out on me. Thanks.

I braced myself for the impact, cause boy was that gonna hurt.

And then I could see nothing but black, probably because I fainted.

The last thing I remember were strong hands holding onto me

I woke up and I was on my bed, not the floor, surprising.

I don't know why I thought that

Lies, I did know

But I was not going to think any negative thoughts right now. I was going to push those things behind and keep them buried where they were buried. I was going to do something else, like focus on my surroundings. 

The first thing I noticed was a suit coat fallen on the floor. Then I saw Grayson Hawthorne asleep on the chair next to my bed. His shirt was crumpled, and his blonde hair were a mess. He looked his age. He looked so calm and peaceful and cute. Stop it! I scolded myself yet again. He doesn't like you and you don't like him. I reminded myself, yet I found myself staring.

Finally, I managed to say something, "Grayson" I said softly yet he jolted awake.

"Are you alright Edeth? Are you silly? Why didn't you tell anyone you were unwell? Do you know how worried we all were?" Grayson asked question after question looking genuinely worried about me. Awww, Stop it.
