Dr when will I get discharged a cute little boy asked.
Very soon bacha(baby) replied Dr Madhurima. Dr Madhurima and her fellow interns were on round treating patients.
A nurse informed them that their senior is calling them in operation theatre. They hurriedly reach their  and after operation they were talking with their senior who is asking them their future plan Madhurima shared that  she wanted to be a cardiologist but her senior recomend her to be an anaesthetist.
Madhurima POV
It was a hectic day today ,I learn alot of things . Dr Sen want me to be an anaesthetist  , I don't know if he is right or wrong. For me it's the biggest thing that I am doing internship near my hometown Kalka but yes I wanted to study further. I still remember how everyone mock me when it took me five year to get government college and now those people praising how a vegetable seller 's daughter becoming a doctor as Kalka is a smart town everyone know each other . I just want to prove myself that daughters are not burden. I think Dr. Sen was right MD in cardiology is very popular yet corrupt , MD in Anaesthesia is good for me.

Madhu Madhu... her mother called her she came out of her thoughts and replied yes ma coming for dinner.
Madhurima is the third and youngest daughter of Chawal couple her elder sisters are married she wanted to be a son for her parents that the reason she stays like boy . She had a boy cut, she wear pant and shirt as she is slim she looks like boy her niece and nephews call her uncle instead of aunt.
At Hospital
New day rose with new hopes Madhurima working in her cabin with her co interns cheking upon patient .
Manas entered into hospital went to deans room for selling a new medicine dean sent him where Madhurima was working as he entered the cabin he was mesmerized by the beauty of boy who was sitting in front of him treating a patient. Entering the room he greet Senior Dr Mahima as he had been to this hospital many times . Hello Manas replied Dr Mahima after long time where were you been asked Mahima
Nothing madam ji working as I have to earn for my wedding I am getting old he replied. Ha ha chukeled Mahima and said common Manas who said you are old . According to my relatives 😅 said  Manas
Manas: Acha madam ji tell me who is that chhora (boy) pointing towards Madhurima I have never seen such a handsome boy all girls must be crazy after him mera to koi chance hi nhi tha( I have no opportunity here)
Dr Mahima: She smiled and said go towards that choclate doctor for your medicine trial.
Manas nodes and went towards Dr Madhurima . Hello doctor he greeted . Hello replied Madhurima
Manas: here is medicine for trial . By the way doctor can I ask you something.
Madhurima: Yes ofcourse
Manas:Your parents must be very beautiful. Do you have any sister?
Madhurima: Excuse me what are you trying to ask I don't get it.
Manas: Nothing much it's just I read in my today's horoscope that I will get a beautiful female friend today and here every girl must be crazy after you so I thought of asking about Handsome boy's beautiful sister.
Interns :Laughed together
Why are you guys laughing asked Manas
Oh boy said Kamala she is not boy
Manas: Shocked she she??

Dr don't get offended look at your self how can someone judge that you are a  girl.

It was a weird day brother you can't imagine whom I met today
Whom ask Manas friend. A girl who don't look girl . What are you blabbering Manas asked his friend. Brother you don't get it until you met her . She is so beautiful and confident yet something missing in her .

They went to have coffee they talked about their future plans shared there landline and mobile number as  Manas had mobile phone but Madhu had landline ate her home .
Manas and his friend went back .
Days pass Manas and Madhu talked.
One day Manas called Madhu and asked her for day out if she had a day off . Madhu instantly agreed as get good vibes from her new friend. The day comes and they met they went to rock garden talked about its beauty and about random things suddenly Manas asked Madhurima why she stays like boy don't she like girly things . Madhu inhaled and replied maybe yes but I want to eradicate this girly things since childhood I don't want to be weak . Sighed Manas and said nothing they are icecream and bid see of to each other but before see of Manas gifted her a box.

It was amazing day with him , he gifted me something and it's time to open it let see what's inside . Awe there are beautiful small earrings in it with a letter

After 3 years
Madhurima is now anaesthetist she gain heights in her career,now she had shoulder length hair she still wear pant shirt shirt but after that day she started wearing suits on some occasions and every one was hell shocked with this change. Manas and Madhu talked to each other but none of them confessed their feelings.
Phone rings Madhu picked it up can we meet Madhu asked Manas yeh sure replied Madhu
Then meet me at our rendezvous. Okay replied Madhu.
Manas and Madhu met
Hey Manas how have you been? Where were no calls asked Madhu
I am good tell me about yours asked Manas. I am also good what happened to you? You looked weak. Missing that mischievous Manas
Manas laughed weakly they had their coffee,Madhu wanted to confess her feelings but was skeptical about if let her to take care of her parents but once he agreed with her thoughts of taking responsibility of her parents whole life ,still she is nervous as she never thought she would ever fall in love. Where? Asked Manas.Nowhere she replied. I wanted to say something Manas said Madhu Manas get up from seat and said not today Madhu as I have to go and handed her a sweet box with card  his wedding card.  He left

I was shocked hell shocked he is getting married, I cried out loud why I take it so long why ?  I saw love in his eyes even he once said he would love to marry me yet never proposed me . Maybe it's just my misunderstanding with which we met.

I love you Madhu till my last breath but I can't kill your dreams by marrying me , my parents never accept intercaste marriage that so modern daughter in law, I saw my elder sister in law struggling with her work and in laws expectations,l can't leave my parents that why I accepted this alliance which my family selected.
I can't get you. You deserve better may you get your true love.

Sometimes being together doesn't mean happy ending. Manas gave Madhu a new outlook towards life she now like being girly on special occasions.
She miss her special friend yet cherish his thoughts (Manas) that he gave him .
