CHAPTER 10

Chapter 10: Full of Motivation

"Which school does the class monitor want to apply to?"

With 100 days left until the college entrance exam, the homeroom teacher asked everyone to write down their ideal university.

"Chulalongkorn," Thanapon replied without hesitation.

His target university had always been Chulalongkorn.

"Then I'll apply to Chulalongkorn too," Sailub said as he leaned closer.

Thanapon mercilessly exposed the truth, "With your current grades, you won't get into Chulalongkorn.

"Then I'll go to Mahidol University, right across from Chulalongkorn."

"With your current grades, you won't get into Mahidol University either," Thanapon remarked calmly.

Sailub silently slumped back over his desk, a cloud of sadness hanging over him.

Thanapon wrote down a name on a piece of paper and slid it over to Sailub. "There are still 100 days until the college entrance exams. If you improve a bit more, you could get into Lampang University, and it's not far from Chulalongkorn."

Sailub stared at the paper, saying nothing.

Thanapon's fingers hesitated as he pulled them back slightly.

He had always been planning for Sailub, and Lampang University was a carefully chosen option he believed suited Sailub well.

But would Sailub think he was being too controlling?

Sailub looked up, his eyes fixed on Thanapon, blinking like a big dog.

Thanapon asked softly, "What's wrong?"

"Then we won't be able to attend classes together anymore?" Sailub said sadly.

Thanapon felt the urge to give him a light smack on the head.

His fingers twitched slightly, and a small smile slowly appeared on his face. "We could rent a place off-campus."

They could find a place close to both universities, where they could cook together, maybe even raise a cat or a dog, and spend their nights living together...

Sailub drifted into his daydreams.

Thanapon gave him a light pat on the back of his head. "Finish today's practice test first."

Sailub immediately perked up, filled with motivation.
