Adelies pov-
Grace rolled over to me, and I stared right back at her. I slowly leaned up and turned on the lights. I could hear Eren shoot up and look at us. I looked at Grace, her eyes were bigger than her head at the moment, it almost looked like she was going to explode. She looked at her boyfriend on the couch and held her hand out. " I'm not sure what I heard, but I'm pretty sure I know what I just heard," Grace said, staring at me. Eren just got up from the couch and sat on the end of the bed. "What's going on? Are you all okay?" he said, looking between us with dark eyes.
I was speechless, not mad, but speechless. " We just heard Peters's door open and close, and then she took her to a man," Grace said while sinking down into the bed. We all just stared at each other, not knowing what to say. Eren didn't really know what was going on so he didn't know how to respond. " maybe someone is just checking on her, but why wouldn't she text us, I thought she needed some space.", I just kept talking in circles. " why don't I go down and pretend to get a glass of water and see if anyone was in there," Eren said looking at Grace.
" yeah, that's a good idea. Just try not to make any noise," Grace told Eren before he got up and headed downstairs. We just stared at each other, not knowing what to say; I didn't want to jump to conclusions, but she could have just told me if she wanted to have a guy over. Pete should know I have no problem staying somewhere else. I got close to Grace, and she wrapped her arm around my shoulder. I lay my head on her shoulder. After an hour, the door finally opened, and Eren returned to his spot on the end of the bed.
" I stopped by her door and waited for a minute before I heard Rainer talking to her. I couldn't make out what they were saying, but I heard them moving, and the bed cracked. I didn't stay because I didn't want to hear something that would scare me, so I went downstairs to wait a moment before heading back up. I didn't hear anything else, so I'm guessing they were just lying down," Eren finished, looking at me.
"So Rhiner is in the room, and they are lying down together?" I asked. Like I said, I'm not mad but just surprised; why didn't she tell me that if they weren't doing anything, I didn't mind him being in there? This is just very out-of-character for her; she's never really been interested in him, and I'm not sure she's ever had a man in her bed. "Well, maybe she wanted, uh, I don't know what I'm saying," Grace said, looking at me. We were all at a standstill.
"What if you get up early and go in the room to see what is happening? Maybe they are just talking about stuff," the girl beside me said while trying to calm me down. "Yeah, ill do that; I'm just going to sleep downstairs on the couch and set an alarm for five," was all I said before grabbing my gay-ass pillow. "You don't have to go down there. We don't mind if the alarm goes off," Eren said, looking at me with concern.
"It's not that serious. I mean, she has her in the room, so we will just talk about it tomorrow, no problem," I said before opening the door. The couple tried to reason with me, but I just threw over my shoulder, "I'll be okay, I promise. We can have a group meeting tomorrow morning."
Graces Pov-
After Adlie left, I went on my phone and texted her, saying she was more than welcome up here and that if she needed anything, just let me know. Eren crawled up into the bed and hugged me, laying on top of him. "It will all work out tomorrow, I promise, and if I need to talk to Rhiner, I will," he said before turning off the lights. I couldn't help but wonder what was going to happen.
- The next day-
I woke up when I heard our door open and close and someone jumping right next to me. I opened my eyes to look over; Adelie sat beside me while Eren was on my right. Eren and I sat up and looked over to see my best friend with her arms crossed over her body. We were all laid up in bed like the Willey Wonka grandparents. "So what's the tea?" the man to my right said while I smacked him in the head. I leaned over and whispered in his ear, " It would be beneficial if you went and got us coffee," all I said before he got up and left the room.
