y/n roamed around her living room trying to straighten it up just a tad bit before minho came over. the time marked 7:04 and he said he'd be here around 8 or 8:30 once he got off work.

her phone starts ringing which makes her groan in annoyance, good thing her music was playing from her tv.

"—hello?" she quickly answers the call without even looking at the contact name.

"hey— you sound busy." suddenly minhos voice filled her ears. she pulled her phone back and looked at the contact, a tiny sigh leaves her lips. "-yeah just a bit, i wanted to straighten up before you got here." she tells him honestly as she sat down on her couch, resting the broom next to her.

minho hummed, "i was calling to ask what you wanted to eat." he says, making y/n glance at the clock. "umm, i don't know. chipotle?" she bit back her smile, she loved chipotle and she was pretty sure he knew that.

he chuckled, "okay i'll get us some chipotle."

y/n thought for a second, "can you get me a slushy?" she asked quietly, making him hum. "got it, is that all?" he asked, wanting to be sure.

"no that's it." she says then minho hung up the phone. y/n tossed her phone back onto the couch and stood up, looking around the living room.

all she had to do now was put the couch pillows back on the couch and put the coffee table back in the middle, she went crazy with the sweeping.

after she did that she turned off the big lights and turned on the lamp she kept in here, then sprayed some air freshener.

once she finished cleaning, she put the broom back in the kitchen and then grabbed her phone to check minhos location. it said he was 25 minutes away from her so that gave her enough time to hop in the shower, she smelled like sweat from cleaning up.

she wrapped her hair in her bonnet before she ran her water.

once her water was hot enough, she stepped into the shower, letting the warmth relax her muscles. the vanilla scent of her body wash filled the bathroom as she scrubbed away the layer of sweat from cleaning. she moved quickly but didn't rush, wanting to feel refreshed before minho got there.

after rinsing off, she stepped out, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around her body.

she wiped the fogged-up mirror with her hand, revealing her reflection. her skin glowed faintly from the heat of the shower, and she ran her fingers through her damp hair to detangle it. reaching for her moisturizer, she worked it into her skin with practiced ease, the subtle vanilla scent lingering on her.

once she was done, she moved into her room, towel still wrapped securely around her. her phone buzzed on the dresser, and she glanced at the screen. it was a text from minho.

"be there in 10."

she pulled open her closet, scanning for something to wear. casual but cute. she settled on a tank top and a pair of grey shorts.

she put on a some lip gloss, but not a lot to make it look like her lips were wet. she then put on some lotion and some deodorant before taking her bonnet off and tossing it on her bed, turning to her mirror to fix at her hair.
