Chapter Two!

The French Quarter........

Marcel is telling Klaus about how he gets fresh load for his vamps, Klaus can see that he is very proud about this. He sends a text to Kol about this, he knew he had to get home and was quite frankly was tired of talking with Marcel.

Mikaelson Mansion.......

Rebekah parks in front of the Mikaelson mansion, leaving a message on her phone as she gets out. Hayley, inside, hears something and walks warily down the stairs. She says into the phone "Elijah, if not answering your phone is part of your clever plan to get me back to this godforsaken city, then well done. I'm here, and I'm worried. Now pick up before I kick in your bloody door."

Rebekah walks up the front steps and opens the door. She walks in as Hayley comes down the stairs, wielding a fire iron. Hayley asks her "Who the hell are you?" As she had never met Rebekah before, to which Rebekah replies with "Oh, you must be the maid. My bags are in the car – get them, will you?" Hayley who smiles wryly towards Rebekah ,puts down the iron poker.

Hayley said "Hello. Not the maid." To which Rebekah then says to Hayley "Right. You're that werewolf girl my brother, Klaus, knocked up. I was expecting to see some kind of supernatural, miracle baby bump. Guess you're not showing yet. It's Hayley, isn't it?" Hayley let out a little mock laugh then said "You have your brother's manners."
Rebekah smiles at Hayley and said to her "And his temper, too, so watch it. Where's Elijah?" When Hayley heard this question she said to Rebekah "Beats me. He's long gone."

Rebekah was shocked when she heard this from Hayley and asked her "What do you mean, "long gone"?" That's when Hayley told Rebekah "Well, one minute he was here making epic promises about protecting me in this predicament that a bottle of scotch and some bad decisions got me into – he was all poetic about how we're family – and then Klaus told me he bailed. Guess that's what I get for trusting a vampire." Rebekah knew that there was something wrong when Hayley had told her that and she knew that there was only one person who would get in the way of Elijah of fulfilling a promise that he had made with someone. She then said "Elijah is not just any vampire, and he doesn't break promises. Which means Niklaus has done something dastardly and Klaus-like. Klaus! Get out here and tell me what you've done with our brother, you narcissistic, back-stabbing wanker!" Klaus opens a pair of doors, he and Kol enter the room, Rebekah was shocked that Klaus and Kol were int he same room and weren't ripping each others throats out.

Klaus just said "Enough with all the shouting. Little sister, I should have known. I assume the six dead vampires were your doing?" Rebekah replied to this by saying "Kol what are you doing here? Are you taking sides with him? After everything he has done to us? They were very rude." Kol said to Rebekah "Yeah I'm siding with Nik, just so you know me and Nik made peace back in Mystic Falls and he helped me escape being killed by Elena and her brother. When Nik told me that. He needed my help here in New Orleans i dropped everything to help him, i also know about Elijah, Nik told me when it happened."

Reekah then said " Why didnt you say anything? Trying to victimize a poor, innocent girl just trying to find her way to the Quarter. So sorry, were they friends of yours? Oh, that's right, you don't have any friends." Klaus replied to Rebekah's statement with "I do have friends. I have Marcel and Kol. You remember him, don't you? Yes, of course you do. He fancies himself the 'King of the Quarter' now, and he has these rules about killing vampires. It'll be fun to see what sort of punishment he comes up with for you." Kol then said " i didnt say anything because at that point you were obsessed with finding the cure so you could become human. Plus me and Nik discovered that we have more in common than we thought."  Rebekah ignored Kol and said to Klaus "I don't care about Marcel or his rules. Elijah doesn't welch on deals. What did you do to him?" Klaus just told her that maybe Elijah went on holiday to get away. That maybe she should do the same, he then offered her to look around the house. He bit into his wrist and offered it to Hayley, she grabbed his arm and drank his blood. Once she had done that Klaus and Kol left the house and doo what they needed to do. As they were walking to their destination Kol said to Klaus "So Elijah is up to the usual tricks by promising people that you are involved with things?" Klaus replied with "Yeah, seems like it."
