– very loose morals. they're there but at the same time they can easily twist in the face of
a desired outcome– he's not bad but he's definitely not good. he's
easily swayed when it comes to that– has a tracker surgically implanted. it was originally something physical, but after the third time of attempting to wire it to explode, more drastic measures were taken.
– can seem like a completely normal person one moment and insane the next
– has a scar on his face from one of the first explosives he made. despite it being a failure he wears the scar with an odd form of pride.
– is typically assigned to his workshop but is occasionally stationed places. usually for bomb diffusing or if something he's made needs special care
– he's surprisingly healthy, attentive to his own needs, only slightly above those of his creations
– he's always been like this. had a fascination with fire that steadily increased until he got to where he is now.

– explosives aren't the only things he can make but it's definitely preferred. he can be convinced to make other forms of weapons but he refuses if he doesn't find it fun.
– wears two bands around both wrists. they're somewhat like magnets, made to snap together to bind his wrists. put into use every time he steps out of line. has to be done manually.
