"Oh man,this sucks"

"Yeah man,like you last night"

JD turned around and glared at his annoying younger brother,clay. Clay rolled his eyes back at him.

"Anyway,what sucks?"

JD turned a bit red as he was thinking of Delta and none of his brothers knew about her....yet.

"Uh---i---nothing..."

Bruce dunked down the coffee branch made and stared at John suspiciously.
"What's up with you from yesterday?"

"What---what do you mean?"

"It's just,you have been acting kinda weird from yesterday"-floyd stared at him from his seat,his pink hair falling on his face.

"I---no reason..."

All the brothers rolled their eyes at him,especially branch who was still mad at him from last night.

"Come on man,spit it out,whatever it is"-clay gestured.

"I---"-for a moment,JD thought about telling them about Delta.

"Yeah?"-Bruce raised an eyebrow.

Then JD stalled again as he pointed to his non-existent watch on his wrist.
"Oh hey,look at the time,im gonna be late to um...some stuff I have...alright...bye!"

And again,without giving his brothers another chance to say anything,JD slurped down the rest of his coffee and dashed out of the bunker.

The brothers facepalmed in unison.
"Yeah,most definitely,very weird"-floyd claimed.

"Hope he doesn't come to us with whatever he's acting weird on--i honestly can't deal with him anymore"-branch put his face in his hands,exhaustively.

They sighed again.

*Outside the bunker,in the village's midst*
"Stupid,stupid,stupid! Should have told them"-JD walked around,his hands in his pockets with an aggravated sigh.

His stomach grumbled with hunger,he hadn't even eaten anything since yesterday.

Reluctantly,he walked over to a ice-cream shop nearby,and sat down on a chair.

"One dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream,with chocolate syrup and choco chips here,please"-he waved a hand over at his table to a waiter.

He grumbled as his face fell flat on the table with desperation,as he sat in silence.

"Hey,John"-a familar voice called out to him.

His head snapped up from the table,his eyes alert,his mind racing as he saw Delta standing over him. He was so surprised he almost fell back but composed himself,and stuttered out.

"Oh h-hey,delta,wha--what are you doing here this fine mornin'?"-he tried a country accent but failed miserably.

Delta giggled at him,and sat down on the chair opposite to him.
"Just came here for an ice-cream,what about you?"

"Well,same"-he crossed his hands over his legs pressed on his knees.

A waiter came up to Delta.
"Hi miss,welcome to ice-creamtopia(last minute name,please consider guys),so what will it be?"

Before Delta could answer,JD pointed out -
"She'll have a strawberry and vanilla ice cream,with a bit of maple syrup on the top,and crushed peanuts"

Delta looked back at him,surprised as he still remembered her favorite ice cream combination.

JD smiled back at her as the waiter said :-
"Will that be all?"
"Yeah"
