MEETING AGAIN AFTER YEARS~💓(A DeltaDory fanfic)

Part 1-First Meeting💛

Clay:-"Is this better,John,or does everything look imperfect to you???"

JD-"yeah it's alright clay you can come down now"

Clay sighed and came down the ladder after putting a customized "Brozone"anagram for their concerts made by queen Poppy. John was checking over the stage rehearsals and preparation for their next brozone concert for which all the troll tribes would come to see. But a certain country troll stayed on his mind,tugging at his heartstrings,his pathetic heart longing to see her,but JD snapped that thought of by thinking :-"snap out of it,man,she's in the past, she'll never forgive you for what your stupid past self did"
JD sighed again and resumed his orderly checking. As the leader of brozone, it was his job to make sure everything was perfect.

Floyd came up to him and said :-"come on JD , relax, it's gonna be fine"

JD being the stubborn brother he was,said :- "come on Floyd,this show is important,it's a hopeful way to show the other troll tribes if they will welcome us into their community"

Floyd sighed;some things would never change.

JD walked on forward and suddenly stopped in his tracks when he heard a familiar laugh. It cannot be her, can it? He got nervous and hid behind a bush to check if it was her.

Coming out of the path,were poppy-the queen of the pop trolls,queen barb-queen of the hard rock trolls, and Delta Dawn-the queen of the country trolls.

JD gasped because it actually was her,Delta Dawn,the girl he had left 20 years ago,whose heart he had broken, who had sworn to never forgive him,and cried hurt and angry tears with her green eyes and radiant lips, but now to JD's utmost dismay,she had become more prettier. She wore a beautiful country shirt,green checkered,which hugged her curves and stopped at her legs. Her eyes glittered with laughter and mischief,and her lips were even more fuller and luscious. JD remembered how he liked to kiss those---but that was in the past, he sorely said to himself. He turned his head away but they went instinctively back and seemed to fall upon the only woman in the ground to him,he claimed had stolen his heart and never given it back.

Delta :- "Oh sweet cheese sticks, how are you and branch doing these fine days?"

Her voice still rang like the most mesmerizing sound of a bell I ever heard,JD thought again,smiling idioctly at her.

---"oh nothing,hey you know Delta, brozone is performing tomorrow and you two are cordially invited"

"Brozone huh?--She grinned for a split second-- So is John Dory going to be there?"

JD's heart leaped for a second.

Poppy cocked her head in amusement at Delta's question.

"of course he's gonna be there,he's the main leader of brozone,but why?"

"oh just asking pumpkin pie,I'm gonna go to Lonesome Flats now,holly's expecting me"

Poppy and barb,waved goodbye to her:-"alright, bye Delta,see you tomorrow"

JD frowned as Delta went away,and a stupid part of him wanted to follow her, and he frowned at himself again---"now that's being a creep,man, don't do stupid things"---but his pathetic mind seemed to listen to nothing now that he had seen her,as if she had cast a spell all over him.

JD moved from bush to bush and hid behind trees following Delta as she made her way back to her town and country folk. Once she stopped for a moment and looked around, to which JD hid behind a tree and tried not to breathe. She resumed walking again but after a minute, beside a rose bush she said:-"I can see you John,your rose-coloured goggles are peeking out from under the bush"
