Winters coming

The talk..

Steve walks to the back as I fix my shoes and I watch Bucky and him walk off. I tie my laces as I listen to their conversation.

"You gonna talk to her about it" Steve says in a whisper

"Yeah if you just give me some space" Bucky says and Steve chuckles

"Message heard loud and clear" Steve says as he walks to the very very front and closes the curtains for the cockpit.

I watch Bucky walk over and I lean against the wall with my arms crossed.

"I know that look your up to something" I say with a chuckle he walks over and crosses his arms

"Well I mean I told you I would tell you what I meant later and it's later" Bucky says and I could hear the nervousness in his voice

"It's just, we've been stuck side by side since the forties, through hydra you even became my partner! We fought side my side and we went through the horrors side by side! You're the only one who understands me Liliana" Bucky says and uses my real name..my eyes soften...I had been called blade ever since hydra!

"I mean I just think it's a sign..it's supposed to be me and you" Bucky say softly and I smile

"Ok" I say and I smile brightly

"So that's a yes" Bucky asks and steps closer. I let out a giggle and nod

"Yeah I guess you're right" I say in a playful tone and Bucky wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me closer.

I giggle and look in his eyes, he runs his hand down my face gently and grabs my chin. I smile as he licks his lips. He Tilts his head slowly and pulls me in. He closes the gap and my breath hitches. My hands grab the side of his face as I kiss him back. Our lips moving slowly and passionately. There was no rush..just now and the future..

My lips part slowly and his tongue meets mine slowly. I wrap my arms around his neck and he grabs my hips. My hand glides into his hair and he groans softly, I pull away and look into his eyes. He rests his forehead on mine as he wraps his arms around my waist.

"I finally got you about 80 years later" Bucky says and I chuckle

"You've always had me buck" I say softly and chuckles.. Steve walks out and I raise a brow..

"So it's official I'm hoping" Steve says and I chuckle leaning my head back

"Yep I got the girl" Bucky says with a smile

"Yeah the one you've been chasing since 1935" Steve says with a smile..

I chuckle and remember the days when me,Bucky and Steve used to hang out and go to parties and dance.

"Yep the good old days" I say chuckling..

"And then you two went to the army and I became a shield agent working for Howard" I say as I smile

"You became very successful and Bucky wanted you even more" Steve says and I start laughing...

Bucky kisses my cheek and I smile..Steve shakes his head but there was a huge smirk on his face..

We all sit down as we talk about the old times

"You remember getting promised flying car and we come back decades later to flying ships and shit" I say laughing

"Yeah that was scary seeing project insight two years ago" Steve says and I chuckle

"Yeah I gotta apologize to you and your girlfriend for kicking y'all's ass" I say laughing

"And who's my girlfriend" Steve asks with a raised brow

"What was her name..the red head..oh yeah Natasha" I say and I nod

"She is not my girlfriend" Steve says and shakes his head

"Yeah but she likes you that why she saved your ass today...she could've stayed on the side she chose but she decided to let you go" I say and Steve goes quiet

"Just think about everything she's done for you and why" I say as I cross my arms and sit back

"Exactly" I say softly and Bucky starts to laugh..

"Hey man, maybe it's your turn to make the move on the girl" Bucky says and pats Steve's chest

Me and Bucky laugh as we watch realization flood all through his face.

"I'm gonna guess you like her" I say as I smile, I've always known when he has liked a girl ever since the 1930's! He was terrible at hiding it.

"Well I mean yeah" Steve says and I sit up and laugh

"So I was right ahah" I say and do a victory dance

"You always are" Steve says in annoyance

"Ask her out when all of this smooths over" I say and Steve nods...I watch him stand up and walk back to the cockpit..I knew it was to think.

I giggled and leaned my head on Bucky's shoulder. A sigh leaves my mouth and Bucky kisses my head. It was nice to sit down for a moment and not have to worry about anything. It was also nice for the truth to be out between me and Bucky so there's nothing to hide.

I lay in his lap and look up at him. I had a huge smile on my face as he gently ran his thumb along my cheek.

"What's the plan after all of this doll" Bucky asks and I smile.

"Hmm, a pretty house with a wrap around porch to look at the sunset..maybe a dog or cat and some horses, would you like that" i say with a smile. He leans down and presses a kiss on my lips.

"Or anywhere as long as you're here" I whisper and Bucky kisses me again!

"I like anything you like" Bucky whispers against my lips. I smile as he pulls away and runs his fingers through my hair.

We just have to get through this first..we've been through worse so I know we can do this...
