"Recognize Robin B-01, Kid Flash B-03." The machine said as Dick and Wally made their way up to the rest of us awaiting them in Mount Justice.
"Did you ask him?" Dick asked once he met up with us, standing beside me. "What did he say?" Wally added on.
"He's arriving now." Aqualad responded to their questioning.
"Then what are we waiting for?" Wally said turning to Dick putting his hand on his chest.
Wally, Dick, and Aqualad ran off as the rest of us stood behind. Superboy looked to Miss Martian before following the rest. I put my hand on her shoulder squeezing it before we flew to catch up to everyone.
We walked outside the mountain to meet Red Tornado outside landing in front of us.
"Red Tornado!" Wally yelled waving his hand at the hero.
"Greetings. Is there a reason you intercepted me outside of the cave?" Red Tornado asked.
"We hoped you had a mission for us." Aqualad responded.
"Mission assignments are the Batman's responsibility." Red Tornado said in return.
"I told you so." I said to the boys sighing.
"But it's been over a week. And nothing has-" Dick stared before getting interrupted. "You'll be tested soon enough."
"For the time being, simply enjoy each others company." Red Tornado finalized.
"This team is not a social club." Aqualad said as a matter of factly.
"No, but I am told social interaction is an important team-building exercise." Red Tornado said pointing a finger at us. "Perhaps you can keep busy by familiarizing yourself with the cave."
We watched in disappointment as Red Tornado walked off, although I literally told them this was going to happen.
"Keep busy." Wally said sarcastically, punching Dick.
"Does he think we're falling for this?" Dick said annoyed at the outcome of the situation.
"Oh, I'll find out." Miss Martian said excitedly. She narrowed her eyes at a walking away Red Tornado.
"Recognized. Red Tornado 1-6." The machine said loudly as Red Tornado walked inside the cave.
"I-I'm sorry. I forgot he's a machine, inorganic. I cannot read his mind." Miss Martian said sadly.
"Don't worry about it Miss Martian it's fine, but while the rest of you are doing 'team exercises' I'm going home." I said ready to fly back home before Dick grabbed my arm.
"Hey, you can't leave, you're apart of the team so it includes you too." Dick said pulling me back down to the ground.
"I told you guys there would be no mission, you dragged me out here for nothing, I could be at home relaxing." I said crossing my arms.
