Part 12

Luigi's Pov

A whole year and things have changed , as promised King Boo let Luigi decide what he wished to do about them ,
" Either way we will be companions and that is okay with me "

Is what King Boo said , he must admit after years of fearing the King its actually relaxing not being so afraid .
Oh be he can be scary , Daisy found that out after she tried a " harmless " prank . He shouldn't have laughed but for once he felt great not being scared .

The hotel is still busy as ever , belongs to Helen again after King Boo gave E Gadd information on " rare " ghost species , he asked the spirits first of course , they enjoyed the attention and bullying the professor a lot .
King Boo and his boos returned to the boo kingdom , he himself finally returned to his own home after a year .

The DS rang loudly in his pocket , he answered with his usual hello ,

" You've made it home ! ! " King Boo's voice was very welcoming now and made him smile .

" Yeah just got here , Polterpup wanted to greet his usual friends " he is exhausted .

" He is so hyper , I do apologize for that " King Boo laughed and so did Luigi .

After a few months King Boo came clean about Polterpup , the spooky pooch used to be his . But after the gem corruption he sent the poor soul away for its safety , he was so grateful that Luigi adopted it as his own .

" How are things there , you've been home longer than me "

" Oh wonderful ! ! So many baby boos to teach the art of scaring  " he sounded so happy .

" You mean pretend to be scared of them to BOOst their confidence ? " Luigi laughed .

The most dramatic gasp came in response ,
" The audacity ! I'll have you know they are absolutely terrifying , what a lovely boo pun though ! "

" Now Louie weren't you the one that called them the sweetest non scary little clouds ? "

King Boo's face went red and the screen went dark , boos giggles filled the room , the boos teased their king and Luigi laughed , still even after a year King Boo blushes when Luigi says his name .

" Ok , ok . I'm sorry King Boo please come back " Luigi laughed .

" How cruel " King Boo's voice was high pitched .

" I know , but I couldn't help but tease you "

King Boo came back into the picture and smiled ,
" You have to meet them Luigi , they are so fond of you "

Before Luigi could respond a voice called out to King Boo and the DS disconnected .

" Weird "
Luigi will call him back later , he has a lot of dusting to do . Polterpup barked and jumped on the couch , dust went everywhere , he groaned this will take weeks to clean . He wished he had the poltergust .

King Boo's Pov

He closed the DS fast , a voice he hasn't heard in many years called to him , memories filled his mind , someone so close now an enemy , but in his heart he didn't feel that way . He will apologize to Luigi later , the boos hid and the room was quiet as the visitor entered the room .

" Big Boo " King Boo whispered uneasy .
