"What in the world did I just agree to?" Suzune said, pacing back and forth in her room at 9:40 utterly confused. Of course, she had reason to be confused. Was it the cold that swayed her opinion of Ayanokoji Kiyotaka? Or was it the fact that deep down maybe she too wanted to feel the warmth of love?

"It's okay Suzune. One month. Just live through one month of this and everything is fine." now that I think about it... what would Brother think of this?!

"I've given my phone number to a limited amount of people, so who is calling-."

Caller ID: Ayanokoji Kiyotaka

Hesitantly, she reached her hand to her phone and swiped to answer, "Hello?"

"Hello, Horikita."

"What is the reason you've called me? This is rare."

"I've written out the contract you told me to write out, and shall we walk to school together tomorrow morning?"

"Are you insinuating that you want people to know that we're dating?" The sentence itself was a struggle for Suzune to get out but nonetheless, she said it.

"If you wouldn't mind. It would make the high school love as it's portrayed usually no? When the class knows?"

"I don't know what teen rom-coms you've been watching but I'll allow it."

I was sat at his table in his dorm where he then sat opposite me and laid out a piece of paper.

30 DAY CONTRACT

This contract is made on XX/XX/XX between Party One, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka and Party Two, Horikita Suzune.

This contract solidifies the agreement that both parties will date as boyfriend and girlfriend for a period of one month to test out what it's like to be in a relationship.

Should both parties wish to continue the relationship, the contract will be ripped and discarded.

Should both parties feel conflicted and want to continue but unsure whether or not the relationship stands, the contract will be renewed for another month.

Both parties must participate in things that fall under the category of "couple-like".

In the month, if asked whether you're in a relationship, both parties must say yes.

Any further rules to be added:

Signed: K. Ayanokoji
Signed: ......................

"Any further rules to be added?" I asked peculiarly, questioning the words written on the paper, "And what falls under 'couple-like' things?"

"Any rule that you wish to add, you may. I will not go against your word. And I don't particularly know, I'm not familiar with the air surrounding 'couples'."

Signed: S. Horikita

This is strange. I was walking along a path to the school building whilst my hand was intertwined with Ayanokoji's. It almost made me uncomfortable.
