His voice didn't seem like his anymore. Every time he sings, he can hear Ivan's voice singing alongside his. It reminded him of the days they spent together, filling his head with bittersweet thoughts.

Till was lonely. It was his first time going out, but he didn't feel good at all. The goodbye was filled with bittersweet feelings — he felt excitement and dread at the same time. What would he do in ANAKT Garden? Would he even have friends?

It was so cold out. He had nowhere to hide beside the blanket he had brought, which was filled with his favorite toys. It gave him some comfort, but didn't rid him of the longing for home.

He tried to distract himself with his well-loved teddy bear, but he couldn't stop himself from tearing up. Usually, it would be his Guardian that would comfort him, but that was no longer an option.

He held the blanket tightly, afraid. Space was a vast, distant place he thought he would never reach. Now, he was stuck there, travelling for who knows how long. It's not like he had a clock in here.

Before, he would admire the stars. He loved looking at them — it was one of his favorite past times. However, as time went on, he lost interest. Being stuck in space with nothing to do does that sometimes.

He turned around. If only he could turn back time, maybe then he wouldn't have to be here. It was a nice thought, but he knew, deep down, that it was impossible.

He looked up, only to realize he wasn't alone. He froze. There was someone here with him, travelling alongside him.

He continued to stare at the unknown person, lost in thought. How did he not notice him before? Was he truly that out of it not to know?

Or maybe it was because he had never met another human being before. His whole life was spent with his Guardian Shine and her family. They were definitely not humans, but they loved him all the same.

Secretly, he did wish to meet another being like him. Someone that wasn't so different. He longed for it, even. He never got that chance until now.

His eyes were like the endless abyss. He had never seen such dark eyes before. It felt like he was staring into his soul.

Their eyes met. It caught him off guard — the boy almost looked like a doll. They stared at each other, unsure what to do at that moment.

He felt the cabin (ship?) jump as it started moving away. The boy's eyes stayed unmoving as he lifted his hand and placed it against the window.

Would he ever meet him again?

His eyes shook. He started desperately banging against the glass, hoping to somehow stop the machine from moving. It was useless.

Tears started running down his face. He wiped his eyes, but he just couldn't stop crying. He didn't want his first meeting with another human being to be cut short like this.

The boy, still staring at him, waved at him.
