Young Louis sat on the hard chair his knees bouncing up and down, his hands clenched tightly together. His mum has told him this was a good idea but right now he was having second guesses, why was he here? He watched a young girl with brown hair and freckles hug her mum and dad and take a microphone from the young lady in front of the stage door. She disappeared behind the curtain and Louis sighed to himself, every person who went got him closer to his chance to audition.

"Mum, I don't know about this." He'd tried for the hundredth time, really he had been trying to convince her all day that they should go home.

His mum Johannah smiled down at her nervous son and patted his leg, settling the bouncing momentarily. "Lou, music is your dream. Don't let the nerves win, eh?"He nodded unconvinced and began nervously bouncing again, "I'm going to go to the loo. I'll be back in a moment."

Johannah nodded and he shoved his hands into his pockets only to remove them and pull his jumper around him tightly, fiddling a bit with his tie. After he weed and was zipping his pants he turned without glancing up and ran into something or someone and heard "oops". He glanced up slowly and met the gaze of a boy that looked to be his own age with a mass of curls on top of his head. He had glass-like green eyes and was biting his bottom lip while he stared back at Louis. "Hi." He'd heard himself say."Hi. M' Harry." Harry spoke softly, his accent was just lovely.

He stepped aside to use the loo when Louis didn't answer. Louis just stood there a few moments staring at where Harry had stood, it was a weird feeling but all in a moment his fears had gone and he felt like he had confidence for once. He shook off his trance as Harry brushed past him to wash his hands, giving Louis a look as though he were asking if he was going to wash his own. Louis silently washed his hands and looked up at Harry in the mirror, "Louis. My name is Louis."

"Nice to meet you Louis." He peered under Louis elbows and he let Harry see his number. "Bout 40 people ahead of me."Louis looked at Harry's number, "Oh, lucky me eh? Nervous as hell."Harry shrugged, "I'm in a band I'm kind of used to crowds I'm not sure why this is making me so nervous."

"You are in a band? Me too." He tossed the paper towel in the rubbish bin and crossed his arms.

Harry nodded, "No way! Yeah, me and some buddies of mine. We call ourselves White Eskimo."

"The Rogue."

Harry nodded at another young guy who came into the loo and he motioned for Louis to follow him outside. "Hanging out in the loo isn't cool I don't think." He laughed, something about the way he laughed made Louis smile.

"Spose not." Louis giggled, yeah he giggled. "Where you from?"

"I'm from Holmes Chapel, Chesire, you?"

"My mum and my sisters and I live in Doncaster. You have any siblings?"

Harry pulled a funny face, "Sister too." He laughed, "Lots of drama."

Louis nodded, "indeed. Well, I should get back to me mum."Harry nodded, "Me too, Good Luck Louis."

Louis grinned, "Wait. I want your autograph."

Harry gave him a weird look, "My what?"

Louis blushed, "You will be famous one day, I know it. I want the first autograph."

Harry smiled back, "Come with me, I'll ask my mum for a pen." Louis followed Harry as he weaved his way through the crowds, he was so polite to everyone saying excuse me or placing his hand on everyone's lower back as he passed so they didn't bump into him."Ello Harry, who's your friend?" His mum gestured to Louis.

"This is Louis, we met in the loo. Do you have a pen?" She nodded and handed him a pen. "Nice to meet you Louis, good luck!"

He smiled, "Thank you Mrs....." He waved his hands in the air, unsure of what to call her.
