Chapter 15

Orm paced around Nunew and Charlotte's room as she ran a hand through her hair in frustration.

"Relax, Orm. It's all under control. I've got Ying and Engfa covered. I'll take them out fishing. Keep them busy and far from any chance encounters." Charlotte assured her cousin.

Orm's eyebrows shot up, "Since when do you know how to fish, Char?"

Charlotte grinned, crossing her arms with confidence.

"Oh, I've been practicing. Besides, I'm pretty sure they'll be more focused on the fish than on me. It'll be a good distraction."

Orm's shoulders relaxed a bit as she gradually nodded.

"That's two of them out of the way. And Lingling?"

Nunew leaned forward, a playful grin spreading across his face.

"Leave Lingling to me. I'll take her out for some water sports. Jet skiing, surfing, sailing, anything that'll keep her so busy she won't even have time to think about causing you trouble."

Orm gave him a dubious look.

"Don't you get seasick?"

"Actually, I bought tons of Dramamine tablets. Besides, sports seem the perfect way to keep her distracted." Nunew said confidently.

Orm looked at them in silence for a moment, she was clearly amused by her cousins' smart plan.

"Just focus on helping Love get through the wedding, and we'll handle your exes."

Orm exhaled, finally looking relieved.

"Alright. I'm holding you both to it. I don't want any surprise bonding moments between them and Love. This is her wedding, not some family reunion."

"Consider it done. We've got everything under control."

Orm gave a last suspicious glance but couldn't hide her smile.

"Deal."

And with that, she walked out, leaving her cousins grinning at their clever plan.

10:00 AM

*Thud sound*

Love burst into June and Film's room, looking concerned and agitated.

"Oh God, I can't remember anything that happend last night after everything went black!" she groaned, flopping onto Film's bed dramatically. "I have three women coming to my wedding, and somehow, I've gotta tell two of them they're... well... they're surplus!"

The girls were sleeping, but the loud thud made them wake up instantly. 

Film watched Love rolled on her bed as she rubbed her eyes.

"Love! Are you feeling better? Everyone was worried about you," Then Film asked, "what was the issue?"

Love sighed, shaking her head with confusion.

"Honestly? I barely remember. One second I'm standing there, and the next thing I know, I'm waking up in my bedroom with Milk watching me like Edward Cullen used to watch Bella sleeping."

"You didn't feel burn out or anything? You just... went out like that?" Film asked, curiously.

"I swear, it was like I blinked, and then I was just... blank vision, you know." Love sighed again, flopping back on the bed. "And now I have three mothers. I repeat, three... hovering around, ready to 'support' me, and I don't even know who I want to send me away!"
