BUBBLES THE TSUNAMI

There once were 4 teenagers named Hazel, Aurora, Howard, and Liam. They all were sitting in a hotel room, when the breaking news came on the TV. It said that there was gonna be a Tsunami and it wasn't gonna be horrible but they should still evacuate. Aurora said "GIRL BYE" and started to pack for Russia. Aurora left to go to the airport. The others stayed back in Hilo, Hawaii waiting for Bubbles the Tsunami to hit them. The three teens were sitting on the couch watching a movie forgetting about the Tsunami. Then out of nowhere there was a big push to the building and the teens freaked out and looked out of the window. They remember about the Tsunami and they realize that this wasn't any normal Tsunami. The three teens were running around and grabbing everything they could grab and putting it into a bag or box. The hotel was slowly filling up with water on the first floor. The teens were going out of the room to go to the rooftop leaving all their stuff. They got up to the roof top and saw that the Tsunami was around a hundred ft tall. The hotel the teens were staying at was around a hundred-forty six ft tall. There was a smaller building around theirs, it had already submerged under the water. The teens were even more frightened than they were before, Liam being the idiot he was and he jumped off the building in the water, laughing hysterically. His stupid self forgot he couldn't swim and Hazel screamed "LIAM YOU STUPID IDIOT!" He drifted away. Hazel and Liam were best friends, she started crying and fell to her knees putting her hands on her face. Howard went over to comfort her and made sure she was okay, "I know he meant a lot to you, but you have to move on..." Howard said it as if losing two people was okay, "HOW IS ANY OF THIS OKAY?! I JUST WATCHED MY BEST FRIEND JUMP INTO THE TSUNAMI AND MY OTHER FRIEND LEFT US!" said Hazel. Howard just sighed and stood up looking at Hazel with sadness in his eyes, he started walking to the door leading off of the roof and opened it trying to see how high the water was. His eyes widened when he saw the water was just a few feet below the roof. "HAZEL, WE HAVE A PROBLEM!" He yelled frantically running towards Hazel, she turned her head back to look at Howard with a confused look on her face. She stood up without a word and looked at the door, seeing the water rising even more. Looking for a way to get down, they look for supplies on the roof to make a boat. They found planks of wood and ropes to tie the wood together, it took a little while but they finished the boat. And Howard doesnt know how to be serious in serious situations so he went looking for fabrics to make a flag to mark their boat. "LOOK HAZEL I GOT FABRIC FOR A FLAG!!!." said Howard. Hazel blinked aggressively and smacked him hard in the face. "That'll leave a mark." Whispered Hazel. Howard yelled out in a girly pained voice. "OWIE, YOU NASTY WOMAN!!" Howard yelled. Hazel rolled her eyes "Whatever, shut up dork. That's exactly why I broke up with you." Howard felt a pang of sadness in his chest when she said that."That was like five months ago, get over it." Hazel walked over to the boat ignoring Howard and finished putting up the flag on the boat, Howard with a smirk on his face walked over to the boat and threw the boat into the tsunami and pushed Hazel into the boat, he jumped as well. They both hit their heads on the wood and passed out. Howard soon woke up in the middle of nowhere in the boat with a confused look on his face looking at Hazel still passed out, he shook Hazel trying to wake her up. "Hazel? Hazel, wake up." Howard kept whispering that until she finally awoke groaning in annoyance "Shut up Howard you're so annoying my goodness." She turned back and felt water on her back, she sat up quickly and let out a gasp, looking around the broken buildings and floating objects in the water, she then realized she was in the middle of nowhere. Hazel and Howard looked at each other with scared and concerned looks. They both picked up a paddle they made from the wood on the roof and started paddling somewhere hoping to find people or a place to rest. They were paddling for a couple of hours until they saw something in the distance. Their eyes brightened up as they looked at each other and started paddling fast towards the thing in the distance. Howard made out what the figure was and he realized it was a building, an actual building that isn't submerged underwater. "Hazel.. Look, it's a building." Howard said with hope. They started paddling faster and faster until their arms got sore. They made it to the building to rest for the night, they got out and started to pull the boat onto the rooftop. They eventually got the boat onto the rooftop and started to make a small bed to sleep for the night. In the morning when they woke up they started their journey again, by getting the boat back into the water and hoping to find some food somewhere. While they were sailing in the water Hazel got an idea and asked Howard to paddle while she made something. "Howard, paddle while I make something real quick." Hazel said while grabbing resources from in the boat. After a couple of minutes Hazel showed Howard her creations, she showed him with a smirk a fishing rod, a spear, and a makeshift knife all out of wood. "Woah Hazel these are sick. I didn't know you could make these from scratch." Howard said in disbelief. "Well now you know." Said Hazel in a sassy tone. Howard continues to paddle while Hazel is fishing for food. A couple hours went by and Hazel was able to get a couple of fishes and they ate it after slowly cooking it from a small fire. They are now looking for another place to rest. They are paddling for a while until Howard drops an important family lume into the ocean. Howard being stupid, he jumped into the water to get the family lume back into his possession. Hazel watched him with worry, as he swam down and down. Howard finally caught up to the family lume and grabbed it, he started to swim up until he was grabbed. He turned around and saw he was grabbed by a shark! Howard started to freak out and tried to yell but he was under water so it only filled his lungs with water. Hazel looked into the water with fear as she saw a lot of red in the water where Howard once was. Hazel didn't know what to do so she grabbed the spear and threw it at the shark and it hit the shark. The shark then dropped something by the surface and swam off, Hazel went to grab it and found out it was Howard family lume. After a few minutes of grieving Hazel got up from sitting up and her quiet sobs couldn't be heard but they were there, she had lost everyone she'd cared about. She grabbed the paddle and wiped her tears away rowing the boat to the nearest building, the boat was nearly torn apart and broken. The currents in the water had slowed down and was calm enough to swim in at least but she didn't because she knew what had happened to Liam and Howard. After what felt like hours she made it to a broken down building and spotted two figures, one who looked like a girl her age and a boy her age, the boy had looked unconscious and she was trying to wake him up. She hurried over to the two figures and her eyes widened and they felt heavy from tears forming. She screamed "LIAM, AURORA!!!" The only one conscious quickly snapped her head to look at the familiar voice, "HAZEL, I NEED HELP LIAM IS UNCONSCIOUS!" She sobbed, Hazel wasn't thinking and jumped into the water swimming as fast as she could to get to them, she thought to herself how she used to take swimming lessons when she was seven years old. She had thought Liam died and Aurora left to leave the country. She quickly got to the broken down building and spoke to Aurora, "Help me up," She quickly got over to her and helped her up, once she did they both ran over to Liam. Hazel tried to help with waking him up, after minutes of trying they gave up and Hazel started sobbing again. She had never told anyone but the real reason she broke up with Howard is because she loves Liam, she always has. She took his hand and whispered in his ear, "I love you, I always will." She spoke quietly as a tear of hers fell on his face. Aurora stood up a silent tear falling as she walked over to the supplies kit. She was about to grab a pulse kit when she heard coughing in the distance and Hazel yelling with a sound of sobs, but happy sobs. Liam was awake, he was really awake. Even with all the cuts and bruises and water in his lungs, he was alive. Aurora turned around and ran over to them, "LIAM!!" Hazel was holding him in her arms crying. Liam spoke in a quiet voice, "Hazel...?" She smiled down at him, tears still falling down, "Yea?" Liam smiled hearing her voice, "I'm hungry," Hazel smacked him in the face for that and whispered under her breath, "Why are you a biggie?" Hazel and Aurora helped him up and walked over to sit on the ground since the boat was no longer near them, they were stranded. A few hours had passed and it was night, it was cold and windy out. The water around them making it colder, Liam being soaked from the water made him even colder than the two girls. He was cuddled up against Hazel, he stared into the open and turned to look at her, "Hazel," He said to get her attention. Hazel looked into his carmel brown eyes, "Yea?" Liam swallowed a lump in his throat and spoke quietly, "I love you." Hazel's eyes widened a little and smiled softly after a few moments of silence, "I love you too Li." Liam smiled at the nickname and hugged her, Aurora stared at them in awe. "You two are cute together, you know." Both Liam and Hazel had a slight blush on their cheeks, but still pink enough to see in the dark. They both soon fell asleep in eachothers arms, Aurora soon fell asleep as well, missing Howard. A few weeks had passed and they all were exhausted and tired, it was around eight in the morning when they were awoken by the sound of a police boat. Hazel was the first to wake up from the noise, she lifted Liam's arm off of her and woke both him and Aurora up and to all of their surprise it was a police boat. They all started yelling to the boat hoping and praying they would hear the three teenagers who were exhausted and who were hopeless. The few police officers in the boat saw them and quickly drove towards them, the teenagers thanked them over and over again almost tearing up. The officers put blankets over them and gave them warm drinks hoping the teens would be okay. And of course Hazel and Liam stayed right next to each other, Aurora didn't look at them, she'd always been jealous when Hazel dated Howard. She never told Hazel about the jealousy either, she just let it go. After a few hours of trying to find more people, there were about two-hundred people either sleeping, eating, or freezing. Hazel had fallen asleep against Liam's shoulder, she was knocked out cold from how tiring the past few days have been. Soon the boat stopped and the water had gone back, Hazel woke up and pretty quickly stood up wanting to get out of the boat so she could go back to her normal routine. The three teens including the others got out of the boat and walked around, everyone looked absolutely devastated from how bad the tsunami had gotten. Hazel, Liam, and Aurora signed up to help rebuild and redo the city, Liam and Hazel's relationship got stronger as the days went by. After around six years of rebuilding, the city looked brand new as if it never was destroyed. At this point of their lives Hazel turned twenty-two, Liam turned twenty-three and Aurora had sadly passed away after only two years from a disease she got from something in the water. Nobody knows what it was but they are assuming it was from something in the water, they had her funeral around a month after she passed. Hazel and Liam moved into the states being Alaska, so not too far from home but also far enough they don't feel guilt everyday they awake. Once the memorial for all the lives lost was ready, they flew out to Hilo and let balloons with little pieces of blue and red confetti float up into the sky knowing they were in a better place. Around seven-hundred lives were lost from the days of July 24, 2005 to July 30, 2005. After spending the day in Hilo, the two adults went back to Alaska and tried talking to their old friends Howard and Aurora, little did they know Howard and Aurora found each other and are happy in another universe. Around four years had passed and Hazel and Liam got married and had a daughter named Ophelia, she was around three years old and was a happy little girl. One day they all went out for ice cream and went to a little festival somebody was throwing near a dock by the ocean, Hazel was on the way with their second child, they had already known it was gonna be a boy named after Liam, being named Lee. The family was walking across the dock when they saw half the water was dried up under them, that's when the two adults realized it. Another tsunami was coming after them, they yelled and screamed for people to leave, some people didn't listen until they saw the tsunami. This one was worse than extreme, it looked around one-hundred and seventy feet tall, way more than the extreme tsunami size. There were at least five hundred people running, the adults were more worried about their kid than anything. They made it to their car and started driving really fast trying to get out, as well as many other people. To their left was a car crash, two cars on fire and from there they could tell the people passed away, the fire was too extreme. They kept driving when they felt it, a wave of water swallowing them into the tsunami. That's when they realized there's no saving themselves, their time had come, but they didn't understand why it was their little girl's too.
