Tangled Threads

Life lately feels like a chaotic art,
A tangled web, pulling me apart.
Dreams I cherish, tasks I do,
What I'm allowed—all blurred into view.

I chase ambitions, but they slip away,
Caught in the grind of a dreary day.
Living a life I swore I’d shun,
Where’s the freedom? Where’s the sun?

The things I love are buried deep,
While routines claim the hours I keep.
I’m spinning in circles, losing the thread,
Desires unspoken, hopes half-dead.

But somewhere in this messy maze,
A spark still burns, a steady blaze.
To untangle the threads, to break the chain,
To chase the dreams through joy and pain.

For life may twist, but I’ll untie,
The knots that bind, I’ll let them fly.
This isn’t the end; it’s just the start,
Of stitching anew, with my restless heart.
