Captured
The youngest daughter of the royal family is a curious young princess who often ventured into the forest alone. There she secretly befriends a half-human, half-lion boy, the future prince of the woods. But when her parents discover their friendship, she's banished from ever going into the forest, leaving the lion boy heartbroken and alone.
Years later, the lion boy, now a powerful prince, sets out to find his human friend, only to be captured by a ruthless neighborhood king who likes collecting hybrids. The king, who is also determined to marry the now-grown princess himself, sends the lion prince to her as a gift.
When the lion prince opens his eyes, he locks gazes with the princess, and they recognize each other instantly.
