The Choi household was alive with excitement. Jeonghan, clipboard in hand, stood in the living room, listing items for their upcoming mountain trip. Seokmin, their eldest, sat cross-legged on the floor, snacking on crackers and watching his mother with sparkling eyes.

"Seokmin, you're in charge of snacks," Jeonghan announced, jotting something down.

Seokmin grinned, flashing his signature sunshine smile. "Got it, Eomma! But..." He leaned in closer, lowering his voice as if sharing a secret. "Are you sure you and Appa don't want to go alone? You know, turn this into a romantic date?"

Jeonghan rolled his eyes, though a small laugh escaped him. "This is a family trip, Seokmin. Not a second honeymoon."

Seungcheol, lounging on the couch, chuckled. "A second honeymoon doesn't sound so bad."

Seokmin perked up. "See? Even Appa agrees!"

Jeonghan shot Seungcheol a look. "Cheol, don't encourage him. And Seokmin, don't start with your matchmaking schemes again. This is a family trip, and everyone is going. And Seungcheol you are driving us. End of discussion."

''Alright wifey'' mutttered Seungcheol.

Seokmin groaned dramatically, throwing himself back onto the floor. "Ugh, wives are scary. Right, Appa?"

Seungcheol laughed, raising his hands in mocking tone. "Hey, I learned not to argue with your Eomma a long time ago. You'll understand when you grow up."

Jeonghan crossed his arms, glaring lightly. "Good to know you've learned your lesson, Choi Seungcheol." Turning to Seokmin, he added, "And for the fact my dear, this trip isn't up for debate. You're coming, all of you."

"Yes, ma'am," Seokmin muttered under his breath, though his grin gave him away.

The next morning, Jeonghan handed Seungcheol a shopping list. "Here's everything we need for the trip. You can grab it after breakfast."

Seungcheol eyed the list, raising a brow. "Why can't you go?"

Before Jeonghan could respond, Seokmin chimed in from the dining table. "Yeah, Eomma. Isn't it easier if you go yourself? You're the one who planned everything."

Jeonghan placed a hand on his stomach, a soft smile forming on his lips. "Because I can't carry heavy things right now."

Seokmin blinked, his brows knitting in confusion. "Why not? Did you hurt your back?"

Jeonghan chuckled, shaking his head. "No, dummy. It's because you're getting a new sibling."

The room went silent for a moment. Seokmin's eyes widened, and then he let out an exaggerated gasp, jumping to his feet. "I knew it! You two are too in love. How can you keep doing this to me?!"

Seungcheol, who had been sipping his coffee, nearly choked as he burst out laughing. "That's enough dramatizing, Seokmin."

"I'm just saying," Seokmin continued, wagging a finger at his parents. "You two are unstoppable. The rest of us can't compete with this level of romance."

Jeonghan shook his head, though he couldn't help but laugh. "Seokmin, sit down and have your breakfast peacefully before you hurt yourself."

The day of the trip arrived, and the family piled into their car. Jeonghan sat in the passenger seat, checking and double-checking their supplies while Seungcheol adjusted the rearview mirror.
