Italics, would be mostly Emris's hallucinations, if it is written from another person's point of view then it is a flash back.
Underlined, it is Emris's head. It's her mind speaking to her.
In this book, Emris will be going back and forth with herself, fighting her mind, so I wanted to point that out if it ever confused the reader at all.
I also wanted share the meaning of Emris's name, (I GOT IT OFF PINTEREST) It means Immortal, please keep that in mind while reading this story.
Also, this book probably won't have the best spelling or grammar, but I do try to go back and proofread for it to make sense.
