It has been a week since the ghost crew discovered that gail trayvis was actually a traitor and was working for the empire. The crew was upset and distraught about the discovery of the one person they thought was an alley and was responsible for many other rebels being eliminated by his lies.
It is a peaceful evening on lothal and a star destroyer approaches capital city. A shuttle is dispatched from the said destroyer and heads for the imperial complex of capital city. It landed in the hangar where multiple columns of soldiers were gathered, along with minister tua, agent kallus, and the inquisitor. They were awaiting the arrival of grand moff tarkin.

Tua: Grand moff tarkin welcome to lothal, I am most honored by your visit.
Tarkin: My visit is hardly a honor minister tua.
Tua: I must admit that I was rather surprised that you were coming here.
Tarkin: I to was surprised, to what I've heard that has been happening here on this backwater world of yours.
Tua: If you are referring to the insurgents we-.
Tarkin: In the absence of governor price you have had a single simple objective minister, to protect the industrial interest of the empire on lothal. Interest that vital to our expansion through out the outer rim I may add. But instead of protecting those interest you have allowed a group of insurgents to flourish and grow under your nose, with a creature that can teleport and one of them has a weapon that can change shape and cause serious damage, is that correct?.
Tua couldn't find the words to say.
Tarkin: And agent kallus have you stood and idly by as these insurgents have attacked our troops, destroyed our property, and disrupted our trade?. Not to mention they destroyed a powerful resource that was discovered and trusted to lothal for study and failed to stop it.
Kallus: I have exhausted every resource at my disposal, but this group has proven to be rather quiet elusive.
Tua: The reports say that their leader is a... jedi.
Tarkin: Oh yes, let us not forget the sudden appearance of a jedi. As if they have just leaped from the pages of ancient history. It is a shame we don't have someone who specializes in hunting them down and dealing with them or keeping them imprisoned, otherwise we would of had this problem dealt with already.
Tarkin says harshly while looking at the inquisitor who is angered by the sarcasm.
Tarkin: Have you ever met a jedi minister tua?.
Tua: No can't say that I have governor tarkin.
Tarkin: Well I actually knew the jedi, not from the pages of children stories or folktale. But as flesh and blood, and do you know what happened to them?.
Tua: Well I have had rumors.
Tarkin: They died, every last one of them. Which is why this criminal isn't what he claims to be and I intend to prove it.
