Here's a new way to visualize the five aggression levels: the thunderstorm analogy!

Picture yourself like a beautiful day. The sun is shining, and all seems calm. This represents the first level, passive. Not much really happening (Examples: Flora, Tecna, Natalie).

Next, clouds start forming, but the sky remains blue. This is the assertive aggression level.
