Which aggression levels are mindful of how much energy they are using?
If you said passive, assertive and mildly passive-aggressive, you're right!
These aggression levels are aware of their anger and come up with ways to control it.
Here are examples of characters that possess this mindful aggression:
Passive characters:
- Natalie takes time to connect with nature.
- For the first three seasons, Alysha used meditation to cope.
- Flora, like Natalie, takes time to connect with nature.
- Tecna channels her energy into thoughtful plans.
- Medina secludes herself to meditate.
- Terra tends to her little garden.Assertive characters:
- Electra speaks her mind and doesn't back down from what she believes.
- Alysha encourages honesty amongst Powerix members.
- Lori's confidence is enough to set anyone straight.
- Bloom's assertiveness is seen in her leadership role.
- Though passive-aggressive, Stella isn't afraid to voice her opinion.
- Musa, though she shares the same aggression level as Stella, will open up to those she trusts and tell them how she feels about things.
- Aisha, even through her mildly passive-aggressive tendencies, is direct and seeks to resolve conflict healthily.Mildly passive-aggressive characters:
- From Season 6, episode 26 onwards, Electra hums a single note every time she faces defeat and takes the time to contemplate whether revenge is really necessary, which ultimately leads her to decide not to act on it. Her love of winning over her hatred of losing keeps her focused on the bigger picture.
- During and after Season 4, Alysha still turns to meditation to keep anger at bay, but will assert herself in a mindful manner.
- Sierra is mildly competitive and channels that energy into her love of winning and doing her personal best in everything.
- Bloom takes time to ponder her thoughts without expressing them openly or right away.
- Aisha thinks about revenge but rarely acts because of her friends who encourage her to seek justice over retribution.
