Celestial beings, once holy and divine
once guardians of the sky.
Succumbed to temptation, their virtues awry.
Corrupted by the lure of earthly desires,
They forsake their sacred duties, their heavenly fires.
.......
They roam this earthly realm,
With eyes that cannot see,
Seeking redemption they may find,
From their own iniquity.
But until their penance is complete,
They are cast out and alone,
A reminder to all who may stray,
Of the consequences of their own.
