Pain!

Brandon's POV
I saw Emma passed out! I almost fainted when I saw all the blood that can out of her. Bella had her hands into a ball and her teeth clenched. I called 911 and as I was calling Lauren, Bella attacks Ashely. She starts slapping her senseless. I tried to pry her off but I couldn't. Dang that girl was strong. She twisted her arm out of her socket and gave her a black eye. That's going to take a lot of make up to cover up. Lauren answered, finally, and I told her what happened. No response came out. "Hello? .... Hello?!?" Then I see someone go to emma. It was Lauren. "How'd you get her so fast?!?" I asked my mouth wide open. "I started running out the house as soon as I mixed the two words Emma and Hurt. She says with tears in her eyes. I go over and hug her. She cries into my shoulder as Bella beats the crap out of Ashley. Two minutes later the ambulance came and took both Emma and Ahsley in. The sheriff talked to Bella about how dangerous it is to beat people up but is letting her off the hook. I took Emma's phone and called her brother. I don't think her mom need to hear about this. The doctor said that only David could stay because he's family. We would know when she wakes up.

David's POV
It's been 2 days and I haven't slept. I stayed there awake. Praying that she's okay and that Ashley gets what she deserves. I watched her sleep. I know that sounds creepy but I can't sleep knowing that she might not wake up. I sneezed someone said 'bless you' before I even knew what I was saying I said thank you in return. Then I hear someone chuckle and I realized, that I was suppose to be alone. I slowly turn around to see Emma trying to get up but grunts and falls back down. I quickly text everyone and tell them she's okay and awake. "Where's mom? I thought family was aloud to stay?" She asked shaky. I closed my eyes. How am I suppose to break this to her? "Umm... Well I told her that you were hurt and she sent me to check up on you. She said she had something important to do. When I called her again this time on video chat to tell her that you were in the hospital... She was with... Lauren's dad!" I told her. I could see the hurt in her eyes as she falls back and screams in her pillow. I'm about ready to pass out but I need to make sure she's stable. We found a small apartment to live in together. I figured that living with mom isn't the best thing she needed right now, but somehow she still ends up getting hurt. I need to protect her. I need to put her first in my life. I need to make sure I'm the best brother for her right now. I'm 18 so I am allowed to take care of her although I'm not her legal guardian. Our newly assigned, legal guardian, once she found out how messed up out life's were she pushed us away. I'm taking care of Emma myself and covering for our legal guardian, Jill. I hear Em whimper. I know she's crying. I know it. Then Lauren, Bella, and band on come bursting through the door. The girls are screaming up a storm as Brandon tries to calm them down. Why do girls have to be so annoying? I tell them what happened. I could see the hurt in her eyes, but i know she's staying strong for Emma.
