Adi~

I internally groan as I lock my house door. Slowly, I made my way to his car and stepped inside as Harry happily skipped behind me on his way to the driver side. I unlocked my phone and checked Twitter whilst trying to ignore the look Harry was giving as if to say, "aren't you going to ask where we're going?"

I refuse to give him the satisfaction of my curiosity. Eyeing his Cheshire grin from the corner of my eyes he turns on the engine and changes the radio to the POP channel, humming along to the songs.

"Adi", he draws out my name like a child pleading for a mothers attention. I roll my eyes and turn to him and he comes to a stop sign not far from my house.

  "What do you want, Styles?"

"I just want to know if you're excited," he bats his eyelashes and smiles, his dimples protruding on his face more than usual.

"I don't know what to be excited for," I say monotone looking at the road before us waiting for him to further explain, like I know he will.

He chuckles quietly before continuing, "we're on a quest to find you some fun time to relax, and get me a tan!"

I give him a dirty look and groan- externally this time. "I already am fun, Styles, besides I can't just leave when it's lacrosse season, you know!"

A mischievous glint flashes in his eyes, "It's spring break! Besides, that's why I already asked your coach.."

Dear person in the sky please help me, what did I do to deserve this? I looked out the window, watching people of all sorts walking through the streets.

After a couple hours go by I notice that we're at a lake house of some sort, I eye Harry suspiciously. "Where are we?"

"My grandparents old vacation home, pretty nice huh?" He smirks cheekily like I'm supposed to be cheering for his- brilliance?

He hands me the keys and proceeds to grab our bags from the backseat of his car, I unlocked the door and flip on the lights. "Do they know we're here dumbo?"

He nods and plops all of our things just barely making it through the threshold and sighs heavily. I laugh and poke his bicep, "forget to hit the gym lately?"

He gives a dirty look, "I'll have you know I can bench press over 160 pounds now thank you very much, wise-ass."

"Well you've got one thing right, I am wise.." I wink and grab my backpack; I begin opening doors to pick a room to stay in, "It's so big here!"

I hear him laugh lowly from what he must've chose as his accommodation for the week. "They left it to me in their will when they passed, I quite enjoy coming here every once in a while."

I can see why. I start to unpack when I feel vibrating in my back pocket, I pat each one and pull out my phone reading a text.

"Hey, is this Reed? A friend gave me your number.."

I stare at the screen puzzlingly and I make my way to Harry's room, without knocking I burst in and go to ask him if he knows the number but come face to face with him in his Calvins.

My face red as a tomato, I mumble an apology and head back to my room. As good of friends as we are I haven't really seen him so... Exposed.

"Sorry Adi, I was changing into swimwear and I was going to jump in the lake, did I blind you?" He chuckles walking not too far behind me, damn his long legs.

"Uh, no it's okay I was just going to ask..." I drown off seeing he still isn't changed. Why didn't he put on sweats or something, I feel so embarrassed.

"Yeah sure what's up buttercup?", he smirks seeing how red I am.

"Do you know this number by any chance..?" I say quietly avoiding eye contact with any part of him.

He looks at my phone and scrolls through his contacts then furrows his brows, a small crease in the middle becoming prominent. He looks angered and a tad disappointed. "Uh... No, sorry, no clue."

He turns and heads back to his room swiftly, leaving me wondering why he acted so weird and why he didn't tell me who it was.

I don't want to text back a random number, frowning I just decide to ignore the text and if they text again then see if they leave a name.

I lay in my bed and finally end the day with a tweet,

"Captured for the weekend by the bestfriend, help anyone?"

Instantly I get one reply from an anonymous user named @LBoi

"Answer my texts, then maybe I can help your boredom?"

Who are you? I repeat in my head until I slowly fall asleep.
