He's the only one there that you ignore—and you do it just because you can. It's fun to see him get pretty frustrated or annoyed.
If one of the other rabbit's is in the room, you'll say "Frankie", and the toon rabbit thinks you're addressing him finally. But then you'll just talk to Other or Monster Frankie.
Every time you're doing something else, you'll hear his feet stomping—and it always makes you snicker a little bit.
It kind of amuses the rest, too, especially Other Frankie.
