Opening Scene: The Time of Mahabharata
(The scene opens during the final days of the Mahabharata, on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. The sky is heavy with the smoke of war, the air thick with the scent of blood and sweat. Amid the chaos, two celestial figures, Karma and Punya, are locked in intense combat. In the distance, Karna is fighting fiercely, protected by his accumulated good deeds. His armor glows with the power of his righteousness, but his sins weigh heavily on the balance of the universe.)
Karma:[dodging an attack from Punya, his eyes filled with determination] "How much longer do you plan to stand in my way, brother?"
Punya:[gritting his teeth, standing firm]
"As long as Karna’s good deeds protect him, Karma.
You know the rules as well as I do.
He is the strongest of mortals, and as long as his punya (good deeds) hold, you cannot claim him."Karma:[smirking slightly]*
"And yet, you would let his sins go unpunished?"Punya:[narrowing his eyes]
"No. But I will defend him until his time comes.
His good deeds earned him this protection, and I will not fail him."(They clash again, sparks flying from their celestial blades. The fight rages on, the ground beneath them cracking from the sheer force of their blows.)
(In the distance, two other celestial beings watch the combat unfold—Time and Love. They stand on a hill, observing the battle below with a quiet intensity.)
Love:[softly, her voice filled with worry] "What will happen now, Bhaiya? They’ve been fighting for so long.
Will Karma win?"Time:[calmly, with a knowing smile]
"The moment has come, Love.
This is the time when Karma will finally punish Karna. But the how—" [glancing at her] "—even I am curious about."Love:[anxiously]
"But how? Karna has so many good deeds protecting him.
Punya won’t let him fall easily."Time:[sighing, as if recalling an ancient truth]
."Karma always finds a way, Love. We are not gods ourselves, remember.
We are the rules they created to maintain the balance, rules even the gods cannot break.
And Karma…" [pausing to watch as Karma’s sword meets Punya’s in a loud clash] "…is one of our greatest weapons."(Just as Karma and Punya’s battle reaches its peak, a figure emerges from the battlefield—Lord Krishna the incarnation of Vishnu himself. He walks gracefully, his aura serene and divine, despite the carnage around him. The moment he steps forward, both Karma and Punya stop in their tracks, acknowledging his presence.)
Karma:[bowing his head slightly, joining his hands together]
"Your leela (divine play) is beyond understanding."Punya:[whispering to himself]
"What is he doing?"(Lord Krishna approaches Karna, who is resting against his chariot after a fierce battle. Without hesitation, Krishna speaks in his calm, divine voice.)
Krishna:[gently]
"Karna, you have been a generous man throughout your life, known for your daan (charity). I ask of you now—give all your good deeds to me in daan."(Karna, despite his exhaustion, does not hesitate. He bows his head, placing his hands together in respect.)
Karna:
"If it is your wish, my Lord, then I give all my punya to you in daan."(The glow of Karna’s good deeds leaves him, transferring to Krishna. Karna is now vulnerable, unprotected by his lifetime of righteousness.)
Karma:[turning to Punya with a smirk] "Well, my dear brother, would you mind stepping aside now?"
(Punya, now powerless to protect Karna without the shield of good deeds, reluctantly lowers his weapon. He steps back, defeated but at peace.)
Punya:[softly]
"You win, Karma. This is balance."(Karma approaches Karna, his aura calm yet commanding.)
Karma:[joining his hands in respect to Karna]"He janani pranam (I bow to you, great soul). Your time has come, warrior."
(With a final breath, Karna closes his eyes, dying peacefully, knowing he has fulfilled his destiny. Karma’s work is done, and the balance is restored. With Karna’s death, the Pandavas win the Mahabharata.)
(As Karma, punya, love and Time stand at the edge of the battlefield, gazing at the aftermath of the war, their younger brother, Vardaan suddenly appears before them, looking grave.)
Vardaan:[urgently]
"Bad news. In Kali Yuga, the demonic celestial ones have taken human form. They’re planning something big."Time:[frowning, concerned]
"Sin is increasing rapidly.
Events are happening before their destined time…"Karma:[nodding, his expression serious but calm]
"The balance will be disturbed if they succeed."Vardaan:[sighing, with a mix of worry and admiration]
"But I know you, brother. You’ll make everything right again, won’t you?"Love:[with a soft smile] "I trust you, Bhaiya. You always do."
Punya:[teasingly, though with warmth] "Why do you always have to flex, Karma?"
Karma: [smirking]
"I’m just doing my job, little brother, and no matter what one do they always have to pay for theirs deeds."
Karma: let's go bhaiya ...Time: hmm let's go ...
(With that, Time and Karma prepare to leave for the next stage of their mission.)
(In a flash, Time and Karma teleport to Kali Yuga, the modern era. They appear on a busy street, surrounded by tall skyscrapers, traffic jams, and people hustling through their daily lives. The noise and chaos are overwhelming compared to the silence of the celestial realms.)
Time:[looking around, his eyes narrowing]
"It’s worse than I expected… Sin has embedded itself deep in the hearts of mortals."Karma:[calmly, surveying the surroundings] "Yes, but we’ll start small. First, we must reduce the specific events that are disturbing the balance."
Time:[nodding in agreement]
"And to do that, we must find the sinners whose actions are fueling the chaos."(As they walk through the crowded streets, they feel the dark energies of greed, lust, and anger seeping from certain individuals. Suddenly, Karma stops, sensing a particularly strong presence nearby.)
Karma:[his eyes narrowing as he senses a disturbance]
"There. Do you feel it? One of them is close."Time:[sensing it too]
"Yes… Greed."(They follow the dark energy to an alleyway, where a man in a sleek business suit stands, his back turned to them. The air around him is thick with the energy of greed, ambition, and sin. He’s not just any man—he is Greed, the demonic celestial being in human form.)
Karma:[calmly approaching]
"Your time has come, monster. Karma is here naam to suna hi hoga."Time: Swagata to Karo humara.
(The man turns around slowly, revealing a cold, sinister grin. His eyes glow with an unnatural light as he faces Karma and Time.)
Greed:[smirking]
"So, you’ve finally found me, Karma. Took you long enough.
Gotta say even by having time by your side
... how did you got so late... feels like spitting on you face.(Karma and Time remain unfazed, but a subtle shift in Karma’s aura indicates he’s ready for a confrontation.)
Time:[calmly, his gaze sharp]
"You’ve overstayed your welcome, Greed. It’s time for balance."Greed:[laughing, dismissive]
"You think it’s going to be that easy? You might be powerful, Karma, but none of us fear you."(Karma remains calm, his smirk growing as he steps forward, unbothered by Greed’s bravado.)
Karma:[smirking, his voice low]
"You have no idea how wrong you are."(To be continued...)
