Howl woke up. Yanlunnis, Ayla's phoenix, was pinching him.
– Get off of me – Howl said.
– I'm sorry, but it's time to go – He answered –. So stop being so lazy, and help me wake the others.
– I liked you best when you didn't talk.
Yanlunnis went to wake up Dalia.
– 🎵Get up, stand up. Get up for your rights🎵– He sang.
– Go away – Pleaded Dalia.
– 🎵Get up, stand up. Don't give up the fight🎵
– This is torture! – Shouted Will.
– Why did I ever help you in the forest in the first place! – Groaned Ayla.
– What are you guys talking about? – Asked Dalia, curious.
– You see, the thing is that Ayla found Yanlunnis in the forest – Said Stella, who had just arrived, and was listening – I still remember when she came with that phoenix in her arms.
« We were on the road, heading to the Ite kingdom, when we heard a bird scream. Ayla immediately took her bow, and ran in that direction. I knew that Ayla liked animals, but I wasn't expecting for her to come back, with a little injured phoenix bird with her.
– Hey, guys, I found this little bird! He's injured! I say we keep him! Stella, can you heal him? If not he'll die!
– I'll heal him, don't worry. – Ayla brought the bird closer, and gave it to me.
– No, no, I have to draw a healing circle. Give it to me when I finish. – I reached my hand to my beaded bag, and looked for my chalk. I had to put my entire arm inside until I found it.
– How are you doing that? – Asked Will. I imagined that it's very awkward to see someone fitting an entire arm in a little beaded bag. We called these bags, Majutsu-shi bags, since they were invented by the goddess Majutsu-shi. There were not a lot of Sorceresses left in the world of Sebun, they didn't even have a real kingdom. Most Majutsu-shi were Minstrels, and they carry stories and news to everywhere. They even say that the goddess Majutsu-shi herself was a nomad.
– It's a Majutsu-shi beaded bag. You can incantate a beaded bag so it expands undetectable
–Neat, but can you heal the phoenix already? – Pointed out Ayla, impatient.
I drew a circle with the chalk on the ground, and inscribed some runes inside, in the ancient Aurorean language. I put the bird in the middle, and started the incantation.
–Baransu no tatsujin Sutera kara ataerareta-ryoku de, watashi wa kono fushichō o naosu koto o mezashite imasu.
Immediately, the bird, the circle and I, started glowing blue. After some moments, the phoenix chic was heald, and the circle had disappeared.Then, I saw (well, felt) clearly the spirit of the phoenix, and what I saw couldn't be true, it just couldn't.
– This little phoenix is the phoenix king Yanlunnis! – The phoenix king is one of the most powerful magic creatures that exist, only below the Ultrapowerful Gods. He was a Supreme creature!
– That is impossible! – Exclaimed Ayla – The phoenix king hasn't been seen for milenia!
– We are probably the first ones to see him in quite a long time. – I reasoned.
– How do we know for sure that this is the creature from the legends? – Asked Howl.
– Trust me, I can do more than fancy breakfasts and healing spells – I said, angry.
– Very delicious fancy breakfasts – Added Will.
– Aw common, but you know nothing about me. I don't just cook fancy breakfasts, I can cook delicious brunches, exquisite lunches and unforgettable dinners. – I explained – Really, I don't understand why you use those strange forest foods.
– What do you mean ''strange forest foods''? – Asked Will.
– Well, you don't use eggs, or bacon, or carrots, or apples,...
– Because we don't have any! – Said Callie.
– You never asked me. – I reached my hand to my bag, and took some bread loafs.
– YOU HAD FOOD THIS HOLE TIME! – Exploded Will – AND YOU DIDN'T TELL US! ».
I Remembered it as if it was yesterday. You should have seen Will's face at that moment! It was hilarious. – Laughed Stella.
– You have a very good memory, Stella – Commented Howl.
– Maybe too good – Replied Kitsune (Ivy).
Stella looked at Ivy. She showed no emotion. Only her eyes dashed with anger.
– We should continue towards Twilight village If we want to make it there before sunset – She proposed.
– You're right – Agreed Rigo (Will's horse) – I don't like walking in the dark.

– We have been walking for hours, and yet we aren't there yet! – Complained Dalia.
They were walking alongside the River of Moonstar, having already left the Diwantary Forest. Large expanses of land filled with pastures, where quiet animals could be seen grazing peacefully. Miles and miles of grassy fields, covered by a deep blue sky dotted with small white clouds.
– We are almost there, don't worry – Answered Stella. It was a very hot day, and after walking for hours, the group was exhausted.
– I hope it's as close as you claim, Stella, or the sun won't be the only thing that hurts you – Will threatened.
– Can you see those hills over there? – Replicated Stella – The village is just behind them.
–Look! – Exclaimed Natt – I can see the Library of Twilight!
Stella smiled. Howl looked at Stella. He thought she was very pretty when she smiled. The only other time he saw her smiling was in the dream he had in the Portal to Aurora. He had never seen Stella smile in real life.
They arrived at the entrance to the valley where the village was. Everyone looked around, amazed. Magic floated in the air.
