chapter 3

Vincents pov:

I woke up yawning and sat up rubbing my eyes. I looked. Around and noticed i wasnt in my room. I looked down and saw scott sleeping....with his shirt off.. i blushed alot and looked away...wait...what happened yesterday?! Did?..no...no..i...damn it why cant i remember?! I felt my face heating up even more and i sighed getting out of the bed. Ok i just need to like....think of other things...get my mind off stuff..yeah..yeah thats a good idea vincent! Hmmm....i wonder why im here anyway.... i shrugged and walked into the living.room. i looked.around and sat on the couch thinking.

"Oh! Vincent is.it? Your up early. Did you sleep well?" I looked.up to.see Scott's mom. I smiled and nodded "yeah.. i slept fine..thanks.".she nodded smiling.sweetly and then went into the kitchen "well. Since your up..do you want anything to eat?" I thought for a moment but then shook my head "no thank you...im..not really hungry.." i heard her laugh "alright thats fine. Guess thats more food for me." She chuckled and then i heard the stove come on. I wonder when scott usually wakes up..we dont.have school this week. Hmmm.... i yawned a bit and looked around. He has a nice house. I smiled and then got up going back into the room. It would be really rude to wake him.up...... i stared at him for awhile blushing a bit and then went into his closet. Im really nosey... i went over to scott and pulled the blanket over him somemore. There! I smiled and then frowned when.he sat up....i think i just woke him up...shoot... he looked around and then up at me, he stared at me for awhile confused and then yawned "morning vincent..your up early...do you usually wake up early?" i shook my head "no i dont usually wake up early....uh.....what happened last night?" he looked at me and laughed "we just saw a movie, thats all. me you and fritz. fritz left early though." i nodded a bit relived. "ok...well..im..going to go home i guess.." why does this feel so awkward? i mean like...damn....why!? i sighed and scott looked at me "you alright?" i nodded "yeah. im fine. well bye.." he nodded and waved, and i walked out going home.

when i got home my moms where gone i went up to my room and face planted into my pillow. "im such an idiot..why do i feel so awkward around him? i mean yeah he's so fucking hot and everything but...damn!" i sighed and sat up looking around my room...my room is so boring...my phone staarted ringing and i answered it "hello?"

"hey!"

"um...who is this?" i heard the person on the other end laugh.

"damn..do you have amnesia or somthing? its fritz!"

"oh...hey fritz..what do you want?"

"oooh noootthiiiinnnggg.....nah thats a lie..haha!!! nah i'm hosting another party...wanna come?"

"at 10 in the morning?"

"well yeah..duh..you can have a morning party an afternoon party.ANY PARTY!!!" i thought for a moment "i...dont know...maybe....i'll have to as-"

"why?"

"because...unlike you i have strict parents."

"oh..yeah ok..hmm....."

"what?"

"IDEAAAAAA!!!!!!!!" i jumped and my ears started ringing, i rubbed my ear "OW! THAT HURT! THANKS FOR BUSTING MY EAR DRUM!" he laughed and i huffed "anyyywaaaayyy. i have an idea meet me by the mall ok?"

"i still have to-"

"no."

"why not?!"

"because just dont ask come on!"

i sighed and hung up writing a note to my parents and putting it on the table. after that i left to meet fritz at the mall.

when i got to the mall i saw fritz and scott. i looked down and mumbled "ok they havent seen me yet..i can easily turn around and go back home." i took a deep breathe and turned around.

"HEY!!!! VINCENT OVER HERE!!!" shit! i grittedd my teeth and turned around "oh! hey!" i walked over and looked at fritz "so...what was your idea?"

"yeah fritz. what was it? you know i have a project i need to finish." fritz laughed "awww come on cant we just hang out as, 1 friend," he pointed to himeself "and two love-birds?" he pointed at me and scott. my eyes widened and scott crossed his arms "who said we like eachother?"

"i did!" fritz laughed and scott rolled his eyes "ok what did you want to do?"

"well...i dont know..oh! how about we eat at a resturant?!" scott had a blank face and i well....just stood there. "ok reasturant it is!" he dragged us both to the nearest one and we walked in..it was a buffet....weell..i cant complain.. he paid for us all and we sat at a table. Fritz phone rang and he answered it, scott frowning and me well...again just sitting there. I saw fritz smirk and he hung up. "well...im sorry i have to go somewhere its very important soooooo...see ya!" he ran out and scott sighed looking at me "i think his plan was to leave us two together..." i nodded "yeah...." scott thought for a moment then stood up "well..since we're here...im going to get some food...do you want anything?" i nodded and stood up "yeah....ill um...go.get some food.." he smiled and thought again "you know...you are pretty cute." my eyes widened and.i blushed a bit "wh-what?! wh-where did that come.from?!" he laughed and nodded "seems like my hypothesis was correct...sorry. wanted to see somthing." i stared at him.confused "wh-what?" he shook his head "nothing come on lets go get some food. oh! and...if someone says somthing out of the blue...its best not to speak loud..it causes a scene." i stared at him confused until i looked.around and.saw people staring. my face got red from.embarrassment "o-oh.....s-sorry....." he laughed "its fine. come on." i nodded and followed him. he just made this so awkward.....

after we got out plates we sat down.and ate. i stared at him and then looked away. "so....um...."
"i didnt mean.anything by what i said.i was testing somthing out, sorry i made it awkward." i looked at him and.nodded "y-yeah..haha....sorry..it...it.did.make.it.kind of awkward.." he nodded "yeah....sorry about that....."
"what were you trying to see?" he stared at me "cant tell...and.it gave me an.idea...just nothing important." i stared at him and blinked "what do you mean? what did you test out?" he chuckled "i cant tell. then it would give away my whole entire experiment." i huffed and crossed my arms. "ok...." he webt back to eating and i did the same.

when we were done we left and started walking "so..where are we going now?"
"home."
"oh..." he stopped walking and looked at me "you sound disappointed..." i looked up at him "oh...no...i.....its nothing..im not.disappointed.." he raised an eyebrow and thought again.
"ok..hmm....." i stared at him "what?"
"nothing...come.on." we started walking again and soon made.it.to scotts house. "so that was pretty fun see y-" some.one.hopped.out.of the.bushes and i screamed. they knocked me down.and scott dragged the person off of me "SERIOUSLY FRITZ?! WHY WERE YOU HIDING.IN THE BUSH?!"
fritz.laughed and.i sat up shaking a bit. scott glared at fritz and then went over to me "hey. you ok?" i nodded and started to catch my.breathe again. scott looked.concerned and i stood up "i-im.fine.. its ok..just got a little.scared.." he nodded and also.stood up shooting a death glare at fritz.
"oh...yeah...sorry i.forgot n..anyway! wanna go. to the pool?!" scott sighed "at this rate I'll never get my project done..." fritz laughed "come.oooooonnnnn!!!!! just go.for a quick.swim!." i stared at him and then.shrugged "i guess..." scott sighed "yeah sure why not?" i looked at scott and he looked at me, thought for.a.moment.and.then smiled "you know what...yeah that is a good idea." fritz stared at him "it is?" scott.nodded "yeah it.is. come.on!" i blinked.confused why did.he just suddenly change his mind? is this.another.one of his 'tests'?
