Next Day, I woke up from a call.. As I picked up the call the other person shouted from the phone I looked up to see whose number it was.. It was none other than my Dad... Sitara are you deaf? He asked in annoyed voice.. Without wanting to reply I cut his call. What a great Day it is. Waking up listening to his shouting is the worst.
Anyway leaving my thoughts, I got ready for the day.. Wore my formals ate my breakfast and left for the court as today is the final hearing of the case I was judging for the past two months.

After an hour or so I reached court in my car and went towards my cabin for some documents. I took my documents from the table and went towards the court room where the hearing was going to take place. As I reached from the main door everyone present there went silent and stood up showing their respect for me.. I went towards my seat on which JUDGE was written.
I got settled on my chair and told all of them to sit. As my eyes were scanning the whole court room I saw vedika was there too with some of my law school students. I didn't express it on my face but I was feeling happy to see her here as she learn much more from witnessing hearings.
I shifted my eyes from them and told the lawyers to start the hearing. They nodded and started telling me their final Statment before the judgement.
Victim's lawyer: My Lord, you know how much hope my client has for justice she's the one suffering with her 2 little kids from physical & mental abuse. I have submitted all the evidence and information regarding the case to the court. I can--
Defendant lawyer: Objection My Lord!
Judge (sitara): Objection over-ruled!
Victim's lawyer: Thank you my lord, as I was saying I can guarantee you Mr Awasthi (criminal) has made my clients Sobhita awasthi (victim) so vulnerable in these 7 year's of marriage. We only want justice that's all my Lord.
Judge: Defendant may proceed.
Defendant lawyer: My lord, My client hopes for only justice too! Because he's the one suffering here in these years. I have submitted the proofs of his innocence as well as the blames on him are all wron-
Judge: Wait a second, I need to remind the defendant that you're a lawyer not a judge you can't tell me who's wrong and who's not. Submit evidence if you have the court demands evidence not your sugar coated words. If you're done sitat your place.
Defendant lawyer: I'm sorry my lord ---------
After the statements it was time for the final judgment, I looked up as my only focus was the justice to be served I announced my judgement.
