Firework

Bursts of colour through the sky,

Pink, purple, full of life.

Some spurt out one by one,

Others shower all over.

One will make a loud bang,

Many pitter-patter and crackle.

They come in many shapes,

Inspiring many faces.

Used on many occasions,

That can change with the seasons.

Exploding stars,

Rivals comets.

Skies full of fireworks,

Sprouting awe and wonder.
