The Ultimatrix, from the Ben 10 universe, is a modified version of the Omnitrix that allows Ben Tennyson to transform into "Ultimate" versions of his alien forms, which are significantly more powerful and evolved than their standard counterparts; essentially, it gives his alien DNA a boost to reach its full potential.
Its primary function is to evolve Ben's alien forms into their "Ultimate" states, granting them enhanced abilities and appearance changes.
Ultimate aliens were the result of taking an alien's DNA and putting it through a simulated war zone for a million years. The evolution that occurred would then become the new transformation.
The ultimates were introduced with Albedo and the ultimatrix in Alien Force, then taken by Ben, then taken away by Azmuth at the end of Ultimate Alien, and then returning later in Omniverse with Albedo again with the bootleg DNA stabilizer.
So, what if the entire roaster of the Ben 10 aliens could go ULTIMATE?
The Rules:
1) The alien's color scheme must change. No Ultimate is allowed to share its color palette with its regular counterpart.
Example: Regular Humungosaur is brown, while being ultimate is now green.
2) There has to be a power tradeoff. For any new power an Ultimate gains, there will be something from their original form they sacrifice in return.
Example: Echo Echo loses his squishy body and cloning ability for a mechanical body and disc projectiles.
Each of Ben aliens will get a ultimate forms 3 times. (Except Alien X, he only gets just 1)
