It's been a few months since Y/n and Hobo Heart started dating, they can't really go anywhere without people staring at Hobo Heart for his unique appearance. It was Y/n's birthday, and Hobo Heart wanted to do something extra special, to show his appreciation and love. Hobo heart walked to Y/n, who was on the couch, and Hobo heart decided it would be a good time to give them their birthday present. Hobo Heart goes behind and wraps a silver necklace with a ruby gem shaped as a heart around their neck. Y/n froze for a second Befor looking at the necklace, it looked expensive, they didn't know how Hobo Heart could afford something so beautiful, but they didn't question it. Y/n quickly turns around and tightly hugs Hobo Heart, he obviously didn't expect the sudden embrace, but he wasn't upset about it, he liked the warmth. Hobo heart softly sighs, hugging Y/n back and nuzzling their collarbone. After a few seconds Hobo Heart hesitantly breaks away and says
"I got a reservation to that new restaurant down the street too. It shouldn't be too crowded since it's a week night"
Y/n hugged him again, the fact that he remembered how much they HATED loud places was the best thing ever, not many people kept Y/n's sensitive ears in mind when picking anywhere to go, they got bad headaches easily. Y/n softly mumbles
"Thank you, you have no idea how much this means to me."
When Hobo Heart and Y/n get to the restaurant, there was a woman that instantly started staring at Hobo Heart, the woman stops staring and whispers to her daughter. Y/n saw this but tried not to think about it. Y/n and Hobo Heart end up being seated next to the mother and daughter. The daughter starts staring at Hobo Heart as if he were an angel sent by the lord above, which wouldn't have been a problem if it were Y/n. Y/n considered Hobo Heart their angel, he was sweet, caring, handsome, thoughtful and amazing, but when Y/n saw the daughter staring at Hobo Heart, they were pissed. Hobo Heart saw this and put his hand over Y/n's
"It's alright, my love. If it gets bad we'll just move tables"
Y/n looks around and realizes the restaurant was basically completely empty, with only 4 tables being used. Y/n sighs and continues looking at the menu. When the waitress comes up, Y/n and Hobo Heart look at her name tag and see her name is Malissa.
"Alright, can I start you guys with some drinks and appetizers?"
Hobo Heart smiles and says
"Yeah, can I get a Pepsi and a spicy chicken bite appetizer"
Y/n smiles as they realize Hobo Heart knew what appetizer they wanted. Y/n looks at Malissa and says
"Can I get a sprite? Thank you"
Malissa nods and walks away to get their drinks and appetizer. Y/n sees the daughter still staring at Hobo Heart. Y/n was surprised when they see the daughter walking up to their table. Before y/n could even talk, the girl started talking to Hobo Heart.
"Hey, my name's Alexis. What's yours? Something hot like Luis?"
Y/n quickly interrupted
"Can we help you?"
They were clearly annoyed, they hated when their dates with Hobo Heart were ruined, but someone had never flirted with him right in front of them, it pissed them off. Alexis rolls her eyes and basically ignores Y/n, continuing to talk to Hobo Heart
"Who's this? Your guard dog?"
Alexis laughs, but this pissed Hobo heart off. He hated when people talked disrespectfully about Y/n, they were the love of his life, they may not notice, but he absolutely adores them, and hearing someone talk like that about them almost make him pop a vein.
"This is my GIRLFRIEND. Not a dog, and I don't think I know you, so how about you go back to your mother that looks more like your little sister"
Alexis was shocked, even if it was obvious that Y/n and Hobo heart were dating. She gets upset but doesn't know what to say and walks back to her table. Y/n was shocked and slightly turned on, they had never seen Hobo Heart so protective before, it was adorable. Y/n and Hobo Heart Finish their date, tipping Malissa $100 before going home and finishing their date night in bed.
