Luna Riley’s resistance was beginning to crumble under the relentless pressure of the Demon King. Each passing day in captivity drained her strength, and the weight of her defiance grew heavier. Ravok, sensing the breaking point, saw an opportunity to crush her spirit completely. He approached her with a cruel choice—one that would determine the fate of everything she had fought for.

"Submit to me, Riley," Ravok’s voice echoed coldly in the dimly lit chamber, his eyes gleaming with cruel certainty. "Surrender yourself, and I will spare your pack. Your people will live to see another day."

The words were poison, meant to pierce her resolve, but Riley refused to bend. She had sworn to protect her pack, no matter the cost, and surrendering was not an option. Yet, the battle raged on, and the longer she resisted, the closer her people came to annihilation. Her strength was fading, and Ravok’s forces were only growing stronger.

As the war pressed on, Riley began to realize the true depth of Mango’s betrayal. The trusted member of her pack, whose loyalty she had relied on, was no ally after all. His actions had been carefully orchestrated behind her back, his allegiance to Ravok hidden in plain sight. The betrayal cut deep, clouding her judgment, and making her struggle even more difficult.

Amid the chaos of the battlefield, Mango appeared before Riley, his eyes filled with guilt, but he was not alone. Ravok, once thought to be weakened, emerged from the shadows with a new, terrifying ally—a dark wolf, its power radiating with an unsettling energy. The wolf’s eyes burned with malice as it stalked forward, and Riley’s heart sank when it locked onto her pup.

The dark wolf’s voice was a low growl, thick with menace. "Surrender, Riley, or I’ll end your child’s life right here."

Faced with the impossible decision of saving her pup or losing everything else, Riley felt the weight of her choices crushing her. She could feel the ground beneath her tremble as she stepped forward, torn between the safety of her child and the cost of her pride. Her heart raced as the world seemed to close in around her.

But just as Riley prepared to make her decision, a deafening roar shook the very earth, a sound filled with anguish, fury, and an undeniable promise. The battle was far from over. The war had only just begun.
