The couple walked back through the undergrowth together, brushing against each other and running around playfully.
Bear bumped into Dawnsky, sending her falling into the bushes. He peered his head inside with a little concern in his eyes, but it immediately faded when she saw that she had burst out laughing.
"What was that for?"
He chuckled, helping her up, "I don't know my own strength!" He blushed.
She shoved into him, making him stumble, "Guess I don't know my own strength either!" She teased, "Or maybe I don't know my lack of strength..."
"So are we going to tell everyone?" He asked in a more serious tone.
"Only if you want to." She told him.
He looked at her for a little bit and then nodded, "I definitely want to brag about having the most beautiful cat around as my mate!"
She blushed, "Oh stop it! I am not beautiful."
"You are lying to me. You're the most beautiful cat I have ever seen!" He smiled.
"Well I'm not sure about that, but thank you..." she purred.
They were almost at camp and were just passing by their dens, "I guess Storm was right after all." She smiled awkwardly.
"About what?"
"Well, about making a cute couple!" She chuckled.
He smiled and kept walking. They finally reached the camp entrance, and Bear quickly bounded inside. Dawnsky was close behind him. She wondered how he would tell everyone.
"Ok everybody! Listen up!!" He yowled. Everyone turned their heads in his direction.
Well I didn't expect him to do that... she sighed, shaking her head.
"Dawnsky and I are now mates, so nobody else even think about taking her!" He mewed proudly.
Storm was the first to speak up, "Finally!"
There was a few murmurs of congratulations, but Dawnsky didn't really notice. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see Cricket stomping angrily out of camp. Is she jealous? She wondered.
"Don't pay any attention to her," Bear whispered into her ear, "she was born grumpier than an old badger."
She nodded, managing a small smile. Toms are so clueless, she rolled her eyes. She still wondered if Cricket had feelings for the strong and muscular tom as well. She shrugged, I guess I'll just go with Bear's advice....

Later that night, Dawnsky curled up next to Bear in his cave. She was so tired that the second her head hit her nest, she fell into a deep sleep.
She woke up suddenly, feeling fresh grass under her paws and a cool wind blowing over the horizon. She looked around and saw a small pond and trees surrounding her. I'm in Star Clan's hunting grounds!
A figure started to appear in front of her, and she recognized her father, "Oakfoot!" She cried happily, running up to him. But Oakfoot turned away, his eyes filled with anger.
"You fool!" He growled in a tone that Dawnsky had never heard him use.
She stepped back, "I...I'm sorry! I thought I made the right decision. I didn't want to put my clanmates in any more danger!" She stuttered.
"Silence!" He demanded, and then he said in a low voice, "Dawnsky, not even I knew that it was going to go this far. You may have had trouble making the right decision every time, but you can't run away from your problems! Shadowstripe is still after you, no matter where you run."
"But, I thought-"
"Dawnsky, I am only here to warn you." He mewed sternly, "You will have two kits. One will rise to be the greatest and most loyal it can be, but the other will fall to the darkest depths."
"Wait, I'm going to have kits?!" She gasped.
He nodded, narrowing his eyes, "I am very disappointed in you, Dawnsky...."
Dawnsky looked down, "I know. And I'm sorry, but I love Bear!"
"Bear is dangerous!" He snarled.
"But how?! He's been nothing but kind to me!" She cried.
"Never mind.... no matter how many times I warn you or anyone else for that matter, you won't listen!" He spat, starting to fade away.
"Could you at least tell me which one of my kits is which?" She pleaded.
"I would if I knew, Dawnsky, but I don't. I'm sorry, you will have to find out on your own." He said as he disspaeared into the shadows.
She lashed her tail in frustration as everything around her started to fade away. Her eyes shot open and she looked around. She was back in the cave with Bear. His tail was wrapped around her as he slept soundly.
She shakily sighed and sat up, careful not to wake up Bear. What is so dangerous about Bear anyways?
((Sorry this chapter is so short.... it's only like 800 words but oh well. I hope you enjoy anyways :D))
