Tevy's P.O.V.

"Hey Are you alright?" I herd Joey ask after seating me up right on the floor.

"Yeah yeah i'm fine. What the hell is going on? I asked.

I'm not sure but you'll be okay. I'm not going to let anything happen to you." Joey said trying to calm me down.

It was silent for a few minutes till Joey turned to Billy. "What do we do?" he asked.

" I'm not sure man but just listen to them and don't act out. We don't want to draw attention to our self. These guys don't look like they're playing. Is all i herd Billy say before I tuned out there conversation to try to think about something happy.

I decided to think about what my date with Joey would have been like instead. I thought about us walking around the yard just talking about school and our families. Even though I probably would have did all the talking on that subject since Joey doesn't seem to like anyone but his sister and his friends. Hopefully I was one of those people he cared about. I was snapped out of my thoughts by the grip that Joey hand on my hand and around my waste got tighter. I looked up to see one of the guys checking us all. Seems they were looking for someone since he was periodically looking up from a picture.

I held my breath in as the strange man walked in front of us. But just kept walking.

"They're looking for Donoghue!" Billy said looking at Joey.

"who's that?" I asked to no one in particular.

"He was our roommate he felt the same day you showed up he was forced. To leave for an unknown reason." Joey said.

" Well I believe I know what that reason is now." Billy said.

"EVERYONE UP NOW" One of the men said with a thick accent.

I got up quickly still holding onto Joeys hand. As we walked over to the middle of the cafeteria. Haley, Heidi and Harley all ran to us. I then let go of Joeys hand and hugged them all tightly. Haley then walked over to Yogurt hugging him then to stand next to Ricky. Harley Hugged Joey then stood in between him and Snuffy. Heidi ran straight to Billy not wanting to let go.

"Bradberry, Johnathon" the main man said. Snuffy then made his way threw the crowd to the front. I could basically see the sweat appear on Harley as she watched him walk away from her. After being asked a few questions about his father he ran straight back to his spot next to us.

" Trotta, Joseph "

I let go of him as he made his way up the crowd. I felt Haley grab my arm as I waited nervously for him to start talking.

" Your father is Albert Trotta?"

"Yes" Joey answered

" The Albert Trotta?" The man questioned again. This time Joey stayed silent.

" whats the matter not proud of your father?" the man asked

"No." Joey then said making his way back over to us.

"Montoya Ricardo." The man demanded. I slowly grabbed Haley as he made his way to the front to face the man. " So Ricardo tell me are you Mexican?"

"Mexican American." Ricky answered.

" Do you speak Spanish?" the man asked

" No, not really" I knew he was laying considering he would talk in it every now an again. The man mumbled something off in Spanish.

"No! Wait!" Ricky said understanding what the man had said.

" Wait what? You don't speak Spanish." " I do speak a little Spanish" He then admitted. The man then signaled for his gun. Haley turned her head into my shoulder no wanting to see what was about to come next. The man took a step towards us and Joeys grip quickly got tighter on my hands as held me and Haley.The man then took the barrel of his gun and hit Ricky on the knee hard.

" Hey don't!" I herd Billy yell as Joey lunged to help Ricky off the ground who was now lying in pain. I held Haley as she cried for him. The girls slowly made their ways to me to help calm her down. We all looked up to the man who now had Billy up against a post.

" Is he a friend of yours?" " Yes he is!" billy said not looking the man in the eyes.

" Well tell your friend his lucky I didn't shot him." Those words made me cringe

" Whats your name?" he then asked Billy

" William Tepper" " Tepper.. What does your father do William?"

" He's a contractor"

" According to this he owns the third biggest construction site in the world"

"Yeah.. Hes a contractor" Billy said rolling his eyes slightly.

" Are you afraid?" The man asked

" Yes.. I'm afraid" " Good" he said taking a closer step towards Billy. " Don't fuck with me" he finished while pushing Billy back into the crowd.

" Your right chuck. We don't need Donoghue . We can play with this." He said turning to the man behind him. "

" Any one who leaves this building will be shot. We will take a head count now. Then again in the morning. If One person is missing five of you will be executed." gripping Joeys hand even harder at those words I hoped no one would try to leave.

" Tomorrow we will began a head count on the hour every hour." If all goes well you will be aloud out into the quad.

" ninety- two people" one of the other men said. " Okay everyone up single file now." the man demanded as we made our way to the room corridors. Surprisingly we all got the same room together.

" How the hell is this gonna work." I asked. Looking at the amount of people in the room.

" you girls can share the beds. And we'll all take the floor" Yogurt said.

" Great because i'm exhausted Haley said jumping into one of the beds.

" So yogurt this is your plane you really understand all this stuff?" Billy asked.

" Yes I do" " That bracelet he has one do you think it'll really work?" Billy asked.

" yeah I do." Yogurt responded nervously.

Everyone soon tried lying down to sleep but no one was really sleeping. Well maybe for Haley. I Shifted my head to the window as the big light came in threw the blinds I could see. Joey standing here silently and Billy sitting in the corner looking at nothing. I got up watching not to step on anybodys. I made my way to the window standing next to Joey. " Hey" he whispered quietly.

" Hi" I responded looking out the window. I herd a bed shifting so I turned my attention to that. It was Ricky lying down in the spot I had just gotten up from. Chuckling to myself I raised my eyebrows at him. " What if your not going to sleep here then I will" " No ones going to get any sleep if you don't shut up" Snuff said. I then looked at Joey who was already looking at me. Staring me straight in the eyes. Leaning in I did the same. But it being cut short when Billy came up. " okay enough of that love birds." He said turning hes attention towards the window.

" Does anyone know morose code" Billy asked " No, No one morose code" Snuffy said throwing his pillow at billy and turning the light on. which signaled for everyone to get up. Joey made his way to the door opening it and looking out. Someone yelled something in Spanish. " Aye Joey shut the door!" Ricardo demanded. Shutting the door we proceeded to make a plan to get us all out of here.
