𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐖 𝐈𝐓 !!

It was Friday sakona stayed home from school because she convinced her mother to let her stay home she was lying in her bed staring at the wall

Sakona got up and sat on the edge of the bed she was home alone since her nana had to work and so did her aunt "this is pathetic.." sakona jumped when she heard a familiar voice behind her "ah-....Victor...." Sakona said not even caring anymore "you sitting around just letting the sadness consume you is mad boring y'know" Victor said in a annoyed tone "well there's not really anything I could d-" Victor interrupted sakona "whatever come here" sakona hesitantly walked over to Victor when she see him lift his hand up she stared at it for a little before holding her hand up letting him hold it

And before she knows it Victor pulled out a lighter and lit it on her hand burning her "OW!!.." sakona yelled snatching her hand away tears dripping from her face "....what...was that for....?" Sakona nervously spoke in a quiet tone "to hurt you duh! Better question do you still feel sad?" Victor asked not a bit of worry even laced his voice as he tilted his head staring at sakonas hand "well....no...but it hurts...." Sakona said turning away "see pain makes the sad go away!" Victor said in a happy tone "you should use pain more often there are different ways I suggest poking no one will see any scars~" Victor said turning away and walking away disappearing into shadows

Sakona stared at the floor replaying everything Victor said she walked into the bathroom and ran cold water over the burned area before wrapping it with a bandage she walked over to her bed and flipped down on it "... hurt..... myself?....hmmm.." sakona closed her eyes drifting into a deep sleep

2:15...in the afternoon

Sakona woke up to knock on the front door she groggily spoke "coming...." Sakona stayed laying down for a few minutes but got up when she heard the knocking continue she walked downstairs and opened the door and had a surprise look on her face when she saw grubb the other side of the door she opened the door wider "uh....grubb...what are you-" she paused when she saw grubb held a a packet she looked up at him he was looking away from her "it's todays work....I got the teacher to um ..give me the work for you...."

Sakona grabbed the packet out of his hands and looked through it "it's about today's... lesson...I could help you with it..." Grubb was looking down at the ground before looking up at at Sakona. Sakona looked up at him and smiled "really?..." Sakona said in a quiet tone grubb looked away and crossed his arms "I-i mean if you actually wanna be good for something..so I decided to take time off my useful and needed time to help some waste!!" Grubb said in a hesitant cocky tone

"Oh" sakona looked down at the paper again her smile fading a little before she looked up at grubb again "no I got it I'll uh find some other help I don't wanna take your uh useful time" sakona said, grubb looked at her "you sure? I do- you wouldn't want to seem even more stupid...do you?" Grubb said sweat running down his head "I'm fine with that uh I'll try to do things on my own" sakona explained

Grubb scoffed "your gonna fail if you don't get proper help.." sakona looked at him "I'm fine really" grubb looked at her his looked getting worried before he quickly changed it to a cocky one "yeah.. whatever you go ahead and fail" grubb turned around and walked away sakona stared at him before closing the door locking it

She looked down at paper then made her way to her room Sitting it down on her desk she closed her curtains then walked back over to her desk lighting the candle for lighting she picked up her pencil and took out her class notes before she began to work on it on her own even searching up how to solve some of the questions

After a few hours of working on the packet she looked up at her window then her eyes drifted to the candle on her desk her eyes stared at it for a while repeating victors words in her head she spaced out when she heard the front door open and the noise of her siblings and cousin echoed through the house she smiled knowing he cousin is here

She got up from her desk and ran downstairs "Arianna!" She said with a smile one her face Arianna looked at her and smiled running over to her before hugging sakona "Kona!! When I finish my homework we could play dandy's!!!" Arianna said pulling away from the hug and walking over to the table placing her math book down

"I have to finish mine too! I'ma go do it" sakona said walking over to her room again closing the door behind her standing in front of it with her hand behind her back she sighed the smile fading from her face

She looked back over at the candle before she closed her eyes and sat down at her desk laying her head down on the desk after an hour she looked back up looking down at the paper sighing as she leaned back in her desk before reaching out puting the fire out with her hand.
