After the incident in Hosu City, cops and pro heroes started to search for the League Of Villains thinking it's time to put their act to an end. They took in the Hero Killer putting him jail, his crimes and action were live all over the social media. Izuku, Shoto and Iida files against the Hero Killer were permanently deleted by government officials so they didn't get any credit for taking down the killer. They switched it by putting it on Endeavour and Gran Torino telling everyone that they were the ones who took down the Hero Killer. For some reason, he has a lot of fans and people supporting his case for making a balanced hero society but some still think he's still sick in the head for killing fake Pro Heroes. After all of that, Izuku, Shoto, and Iida were taken to the hospital after the battle with the vigilante and the Akatsuki Member. Currently, Izuku was on his phone in the waiting area talking to someone.

"Are you sure you're alright Deku?" Ochako's voice spoke through his phone.

"Yeah I'm fine, really I am. It's just little wounds, I heal fast, don't worry about it." Izuku said, scratching his head.

"Oh okay. It's really impressive though. I haven't heard much of the Hero Killer, but I heard he took down so many Pro Heroes with his quirk, seeing you and Todoroki and Iida taking him down is really impressive. By the way, how are those two." The bubble haired girl asked.

"Oh there find, Iida is still beating himself up for his actions. We kept on telling him it was fine but he still found some way about it, so we just left it at that." Izuku said, earning a chuckle from the girl.

"Oh Iida. So anyway, I also heard there were some other guys. What was up with that?"

"Umm.." 'I shouldn't tell her about the Akatsuki, not yet at least' The boy thought. "Well, I'm not really sure what they're all about but I'm sure the Pro Heroes will figure something out. So how is your Internship going?"

"Oh it's fine...I actually have to get back now." Ochako said, turning her head to the Pro Hero Gun Head.

"Is that a boyfriend?" He said putting his hand over his mask.

"Er...no just a friend.....anyway see you later Deku." Ochako hung up the phone. Izuku sighed and decided to walk back to the infirmary.

"Hey guys." Izuku waved at the two.

"Hey Midoriya? How are you doing?" Iida asked.

"I should be asking you, how's your leg? It got cut open pretty badly." Izuku asked, sitting on his bed beside Shoto.

"The doctor said that the wound is pretty deep, I probably won't be able to run normally again in a couple of days." Iida said, looking down.

"Oh...I'm so sorry Iida." Izuku said.

"No, it's my fault. I was being careless, I should have thought more when I wanted to avenge my brother. I would need to work ten times harder to live up to the Inginume name." Iida said as Izuku smiled at his determination. After a couple of minutes the door swung open, the trio looked at Gran Torino, a dog wearing a business outfit, and the Pro Hero Manual.

"I see you kids are awake." Gran Torino said.

"Old man Torino!" Izuku said.

"Before we go any further. You three have a visitor." Gran Torino said.

"Hello woof! My name is Kenji Tsuragame." Kenji started to speak.

"The chief police!" Izuku said.

"You must be the UA students who stopped the Hero Killer right?" Kenji asked. The students nodded.

'The Chief Police came all this way? Why?" Shoto thought.

"Although we appreciated your bravery and determination taking down a high class super villain. He has suffered multiple wounds and burn marks around his body. A couple of years ago the government signed a register to create laws of quirk usage. The reason why we did this was because the superhuman society needed to be controlled in order to obtain a more sustainable and safe world we live in. That's where Heroes came in, in order to use the quirk's in the right way, we created a Hero Register law agreement to use quirks with permission. It became part of the law to use quirks with a registered license, unless Pro Heroes like Gran Torino or Manuel gives you three permission to use quirks to protect yourself, but in this situation you three were in, you went against the law without permission or a registered license. And for your instructores to allow you to do so does not set a good precedent. The three of you and the Pro Heroes, Gran Torino, Manuel and Endeavour, must provide punishment for going against the law. ." Kenji finished.
