Today she put me down again she says she knows I won't do anything because I am too nice to stand up for myself. She has been shoving and ridiculing me since we were little, I don't understand what makes her do this. My mom tells me I need to stand up for myself but how I hate making people feel bad just because I feel bad. I would rather keep being her verbal punching bag. I don't know what her home life could be like so it worth the sacrifice. (starts crying the drops landing on the pages) Helping one person at a time. I feel like I have to be like this just because of the way I was raised I know if anyone read this, they would say I was getting manipulated by them but no it was my fault I was always made feel this way by my family if I made them feel bad, they always quit talking to me gave me the silent treatment .They plan stuff without me until I apologized, or they lock me in my room because I'm a bad daughter for making them feel bad for making me feel bad. So, I learned to stay quite and always put others before me because (TEARS WELLING IN EYES WITH PAIN IN CHEST)
