"Darling.. what is going on?!" Poe asked in a panic, bursting into a door, where y/n was sat comfortably on the edge of their bed, her face expressionless. He stood in the doorway, looking stressed, his face flushed, his hands twitching.
"Why on EARTH is the whole detective agency at our door?! He asked, his teeth clenched. Y/n stayed put, her poker face was impressive. "W-well?!" He said, clearly on edge. They held eye contact for a while, before y/n finally broke. She cleared her throat;
"Ahem.... i- I was kind of upset you'd been ignoring me so.. I told them I know you made love to another woman..." she said, her voice sheepish. His eyes only widened further. "WHAT? H-honestly that never happened! Lying is your favourite passion."
She chuckled nervously, her hand rubbing the back of her neck. "Yeeahh.. I know.." she mumbled, looking up at him nervously. There was a moment of silence, before he stepped forward, his footsteps silent on the soft carpet.
He stopped right infront of her, his tall, slim build towering over her seated body. "I could never, ever, make love to another woman, ever. You know that, right?" He asked softly, and she looked away, staring at anything but him as she nodded.
"Good," he started, stepping back. "Now, c-can you please ask doctor yosano to stop trying to kill me..?!" He pleaded, dragging her up fron the bed. She sighed and shamefully walked up to their front door to be met with the WHOLE agency.
"Y/N!" Exclaimed yosano, dazai, and atsushi simultaneously, anger evident on their faces. "Can I kill him???" Yosano questioned, very seriously - the overly large machete in her hand proof of her seriousness. Y/n gulped, and poe put a hand on her shoulder.
"I- well you see I kinda, sort of - might of lied.." she said shamefully, staring down. The faces of the agency members quickly changed from anger to shock. "What?! Booring!" Shouted ranpo from the back, and *then* poe butted in.
"My apologies.. she said that because I had been, quote on quote, ignoring her." He paused, his grip on her shoulder tightening. "Which I wasn't, by the way! I was just.. too scared to ask you for.. well.. anything.." he pouted.
Y/n sighed. "Right.." she mumbled, still looking at her feet. Yosano spoke up again; "So.. I can't kill him? I'd bring him back, promise!" She said, in an odd tone, and then kunikida pulled her back. "Sorry. She's drunk, I took my eye off her for 5 minutes" he said, pinching the bridge of his nose, and the couple both went 'ohhh.' In understanding.
"Anyways.." dazai said sternly. "Are you sure it's fine, y/n?.." and she nodded in defeat. "Yeah. Sorry for dragging you all out here." He nodded in understanding, "okayy. Let's go then!" He said, snapping his fingers and already leading their way back, not waiting for anyone else.
"Wait up!" Said a few voices, before y/n shut the door and groaned. She turned around immediately after locking the door. "I'm sor-!"
Suddenly she was pushed up against the wall, another pair of lips colliding with hers - poes, evidently. "Hng!"
She whimpered, eventually closing her eyes. It was a long, heartfelt kiss, that lasted a minute before poe pulled away for a breath.
Now, both their faces were red with desire and embarassment. They both just shared eye contact for a while, not saying anything - but she knew what he was thinking, and he knew what she was thinking.
And this time, y/n stood on her tiptoes, gently cupping poes face to bring him in for another kiss. This happened again, and again, before they both ended up on the couch, one ontop of the other, their hair tangled, lips combined, tongues dancing, and it was getting hot in that room.
Poes blazer had been discarded, along with y/n's jacket, leaving her in a plain black vest top and shorts. 3 of poes shirt buttons were undone, and then another one as y/n fiddled with the button impatiently. Eventually she began leaving markings on his neck, so if he ever *did* happen to be with another woman, she would know he was previously hers.
