Part 7: VENGEANCE

Josh instantly ran over to Dawn; he saw her chest rapidly rising and falling, her eyes fluttering shut and the bullet hole in the centre of her torso. Josh looked up and thought he saw a flash of Silver on a nearby roof top, he looked back to Dawn. He looked at her bio readings and saw that she was going into shock, he quickly grabbed the knife on Dawn's equipment belt and pulled it free, he then removed one of his gauntlets and made a small but deep cut in his palm, he held his bleeding hand to Dawn's mouth and as the blood dripped into Dawn's mouth Josh removed the bullet in her body, right after the bullet was free Dawn's fangs found Josh's bleeding hand.

'JESUS!' Josh yelled.

While Dawn fed off his blood Josh used his helmet's scanner to identify the bullet and its materials. He was surprised to find that it was manmade, and further surprised to find that it was entirely made of Silver. Peter and Rebecca walked over to Josh and Dawn. Rebecca's face showed uncontrollable rage; Peter's face was hidden behind his helmet.

'Peter and Josh' Rebecca said 'I want you to find whoever did this'

She paused, then.

'And bring me their head on a spike.'

Josh and Peter merely nodded.
