Chapter 14

{Faith's POV:}
I walked back into my room seeing Jack clean up our room. He looked so focused, he's cute when he focuses. "What are you doing baby? Cleaning?" I asked. He looked mad. "What's wrong?" He didn't answer. He just folded clothes and put them away. When he was done, he started talking."My parents are coming to visit.." He whined. "What's so bad about that?" I sat him on the bed as I sat in his lap. He rubbed my back and started talking again, "I haven't told them were engaged.. I wanted to surprise them but now I'm nervous." He explained. "Baby, I will be with you the whole time when you explain." I told him. He looked down at our hands clinging together. He just nodded. I kissed his cheek and snuggled him. Then Dylan knocked on our door. "Come in!" I said. She walked in and asked if she could just borrow some mascara. She looked at Jack confused. "What's wrong Jack?" She asked. "Nothing, I just feel sick." He said quietly. "I can get you something at Starbucks if you want." She offered. Jack shook his head no. She gave him a hug and walked out. "Honey you can tell her that your parents are coming." I put my hand on his shoulder. All he did was look down. "You know what? I'm going to make you a cup of coffee and you just relax today and get your mind off your parents." I told him. He smiled and kissed me. He got in bed and turned on the tv.
{Jack G's POV:}
When Faith left my room, my mom was calling. Conversation on the phone:
Mom: Jack!!!!! How is my boy doing in Florida?
J: It's all good. I have the perfect girlfriend and amazing friends. I live in an apartment with Cameron, Jack J, Dylan and Faith.
Mom: How's Faith doing?
J: She's fine. I have something to tell you, but I need to tell you in person.
Mom: What did you do Jack Finnegan Gilinsky?
J: Mom it's nothing bad. It's good news.
Mom: Your father and I will be there tomorrow.
J: Umm ok? I love you mom. Tell dad I said hi.
Then I hung up. Crap.. My parents are coming. I feel like they won't be happy that I'm marrying Faith when we're older. I started to clean up our room for them. Faith walked in on me folding our clothes. "Watcha doing baby? Cleaning?" She asked. I didn't want to answer. "What's wrong Jack?" I still didn't say anything. She sat me on the bed and she sat in my lap. I rubbed her back and started talking. "My parents are coming to visit." I whined. "What's so wrong about that?" I started to explain, "I haven't told them were engaged.. I wanted to surprise them but now I'm nervous." "Baby, I will be there the whole time when you explain." She smiled. I nodded and looked at our hands clinging together. Then Dylan walked in. She was just asking to borrow some makeup from Faith. She looked at me. "What's wrong?" Dylan asked. "Nothing, I just feel sick." I said quietly. "Want me to get you some Starbucks?" She offered. I shook my head no then she gave me a hug and went to her room. Faith started to talk, "You know what? Your going to lay in bed and just relax and get your mind off your parents." I smiled and kissed her.
{Dylan's POV:}
My hair is getting long. I was thinking about cutting it short. I might surprise Jack by getting my hair cut to my shoulders. He'd like it. I texted faith and asked her if she wanted to get her hair done with me today:
Me: Wanna go get your hair done with me? Gonna cut it to my shoulders.
Faith: Sure! I need to cut my hair too. Your hair is going to look so pretty!
Me: Thanks😘 So is yours. Be ready in 20?
Faith:👍
I locked my phone and went to the bathroom. Jack went back to sleep. I washed my face and brushed my hair and teeth. I got the mascara Faith let me borrow and put it on. Then I put on some light brown eye shadow. I took a mirror selfie with my long hair in it and captioned it: Getting this cut today! Hope @jackjackjohnson likes it❤️. After that I left our room and saw Faith waiting on the couch. "Ready?" I asked. She nodded and we left. Cameron went to Nashvillle for the weekend for magcon. So it was just us 4. "I will drive." Faith said.
