Chapter 17

{Jack G's POV:}
I always wake up to Faith looking at me. She wakes up early a lot, but she was still asleep when I opened my eyes. I kissed her forehead and went to check my phone. I got a text from my mom:
M: We will be here at 5:30!!!
I completely forgot that my parents were coming today. This made me even more nervous. I flipped over on my right side so I could look at Faith. I noticed her haircut, she's so beautiful. I stroked my hand through her thin, short hair and smiled. Then she woke up. "Good morning." She whispered. "Good morning beautiful." I whispered back, "2 more days." She smiled at me. "You nervous about today?" She asked. I nodded. "I will be there with you the whole time." She said sweetly. I kissed her forehead. "You look even more beautiful with your haircut." I smiled. She kissed my lips as a thank you. I got out of bed and went to the kitchen. I heard snoring from the couch. I looked over the couch. Oh my god, Cameron was sleeping with a girl. I went to the kitchen to get some ice water, walked back to the couch and dumped it on him. He fell off the couch. I was dying of laughter. "JACK WTF?!" He yelled. "Who's the girl?" I asked suspicious making a gun out of my hand, laughing. "Lydia!" He yelled again. I couldn't stop laughing. Then Lydia woke up, "What's going o- oh crap.." She muttered. "Umm I-I have t-to go.." She mumbled. She ran out the door as Cameron followed.
{Lydia's POV:}
I was so embarrassed. Jack was laughing at us. "Umm I-I have t-to go.." I mumbled running out of the apartment. I leaned against the wall and slid down. Cameron ran out the door and ran straight to me. "Hey. It's ok. Jack just laughs at the wrong time. I do too. It's ok." He said sweetly. I nodded and leaned my head on his shoulder. He lifted up my chin with one finger and kissed me. "Better?" He smirked. I kissed him again and said, "Better." "Good." He smiled. "I want to see you again." I said. "Come back here with your bags packed with clothes for warm weather in 2 days." He explained. I nodded confused and walked out of the building.
{Cameron's POV:}
I told Lydia to pack her bags because the Jacks and I are surprising the girls by taking them to Hawaii. That's right. Hawaii. Lydia wanted to see me again so I'm gonna get her a plane ticket so she can come. I walked back inside and saw Jack staring at his phone. "Sorry if I embarrassed you and Lydia." He said quietly. "Don't worry about it." I patted his back.
{Faith's POV:}
I fell back asleep while Jack was in the kitchen. He came back in shaking me and picking me up. "Babe. I need coffee." He smiled. I woke up in his arms and said with my usual, crackly voice, "I'm guessing you want Starbucks?" He nodded like he was a little kid. I leaned my head on the crook of his neck and said, "I'm gonna get ready. You can watch." He smiled. He sat on the bed and watched me do my every day morning routine. I left the bathroom door open because he likes that for some reason. I changed into a light blue crop top with a white cardigan, white shorts and some floral vans. "Beautiful." He smirked. I kissed his cheek and grabbed his hand. We walked out of our room and into the living room. "Cameron I'm gonna take Jack to Starbucks. Want anything?" I asked. "Vanilla bean frappuchino?" He asked. I nodded and said, "If Dylan wakes up, tell her I went to get her a frappé." He gave me a fist bump and we left the apartment. I looked at Jack's hair. I started to mess with his hair and say, "We should get your hair done for your parents. They would like it." He gave me the 'what the heck are you talking about' face to me. I laughed and told him he should cut it a little bit because it was getting long. He thought about it and gave in. "I will tell them what to do. Trust me." I smiled. He kissed me as we walked to the car.
*At Starbucks
"Can I get one Java Chip frappé, one vanilla bean, one Caramel, and one black coffee?" I asked the lady. "Sure. Your total will be $11.58." I handed her a 20 and got my change. I told her to put the name down as Faith. "You know me well." He smiled. "It's just a black coffee." I laughed. He pulled me in for a hug as we waited. He was wearing a big hoodie and some sweatpants. I love being in his arms. It makes me feel safe. He leaned his chin on my head and then gave me a kiss. "Faith!" The lady called out. Jack grabbed his coffee and put sugar and creamer in it. As I waited, I called Lydia.
F: Hey Lydia are you working right now?
L: Yes. Why do you need an appointment?
F: Actually yes. It's for Jack.
L: Ok! Come in at 11:30?
F: That's perfect. I will see you then!
I hung and explained to Jack, "We have to go to the hair salon in an hour. Lydia is going to do your hair. Is that ok with you babe?" "Perfect." He said mixing the sugar in his coffee.
{Jack G's POV:}
After Faith explained to me about my hair appointment, I got another call from my mom.
M: Hi Jack! I'm excited!!
J: I am too. When's your flight taking off?
M: In about 30 minutes. I'm bringing a surprise for you!
J: Nothing bad right?
M: Of course not honey! I will see you at 5:30 PM!
I hung up and got even more nervous. I started shaking. "Coffee kicking in?" Faith giggled. "It needs to be. My mom and dad are bringing a surprise." I moaned. "It could be a good thing." She insisted. I pulled her back in for another hug. I'm too nervous now.
