Charpter 3!!🫶🏼🤍🫶🏼

I woke up at eight-thirty. I got up, brushed my teeth, took a shower, got changed into these cute flared jeans Ted got me and I put of this cute white crop top shirt my mom got me. And I put some jewelry y cousins got me on(the picture up top). I looked at the time and it was nine-forty-seven. Damn. I went in the living room and saw everyone was there. Randy,bob,Darrel, and Tim were playing football in the yard. Curly,Dallas, and two-bit were fighting about who was cheating in a board game. Soda and Steve were just arm wrestling. And Johnny and pony were just watching tv. My mom and Ted were making breakfast. "Morning sis" curly said kissing my forehead. "Morning" I give him a soft smile.

I went into the kitchen. "Morning sleepyhead" my mom says hugging me. "Morning mom, morning dad" I say hugging Ted. I looked up at him and saw tears running down his face. "Morning my beautiful daughter" he says hugging me, me and my mom were laughing. "Aaliyah!! Did you just call Ted your dad?!" Tim asked. "Yes!! I did why?" I say the same way he did. "He's not your father though" he said. "Okay well he has treated me like his own daughter so I'm treating as the father I never had!" I say.

By this point everyone was just staring at us. "You have father!! My and curlys dad!" Tim says. "Yeah well guess what!? He said he didn't want me! I had to be the one to make sure he never went to jail!! I was the one bailing him out! I'm the one who has made sure that that family would not go in shame!! That is not what a daughter should have to do!!" I say then went to my room to grab a book than walked out. I was not in the mood to fight. Yes. I love my real father so much but I was still upset with him.

After a while of walking around I seen this beautiful pond. It was very sunny out. There were ducks chapping. Birds singing. I could hear the wind blowing in my ear. I took out my book called 'gone with the wind'. I heard pony once say something about it. I never was the type to read. It felt nice to be alone. I read this poem 'nothing gold can stay' I didn't understand it at first. Than looked up at the sky. It was orange and pink. Wow. Now that was beautiful.

A couple hours have went by. I guess I had fallen asleep. I got up and started walking to my house. I seen Dallas and Steve on the porch. With NO shirt on. Damn they both have abs. And there tan. That's a win win for me. "Hey boys" I say walking to the front door. "Hey Aaliyah" I heard them both say. That gave me butterflies. As I entered the house Johnny came running up to me and hugging me. I was the shortest one in the gang if u didn't know. Anyways, he came and hugged me. "You okay johnnycakes?" I ask softly to him. " no you scared me. I-I-I thought u got hurt" he says as I felt him crying. "Oh Johnny. It's gonna be okay. How about we listen to music and dance?" I ask.

'I would love too' I heard Johnny say. So I turned on blonde by current joys and we started singing and dancing in the living room. I seen Dallas and Steve looking at us, Darrel and my 2 brothers were laughing at us. My mom and Ted were just adoring us. Bob and Randy were just watching. And soda twobit and ponyboy were doing it with us.
"You know Aaliyah, you made me feel so loved" Johnny whispered in my heart.

"Thanks Johnny Cade." I say looking in his eyes. Woah. There beautiful. We were about to kiss until the music stopped. " I'll be right back" I say than went into the back yard. Than someone came to sit with me. It was Dallas. "You okay there tiny?" He asks. "I'm fine Winston! I told u to stop calling me that!" I say. "I'm sorry, I should get going. I know when I'm not wanted." He says. I felt bad but didn't at the same time. I looked at my watch and it said twelve-thirty.

So I went in side and was cooking something too lunch for everyone. I looked in my living room and seen everyone dancing. I heard a knock on the door so I opened it. It was the Curtis parents. "Hii there sweet girl,how u feeling" Mrs Curtis asks. "I'm doing alright. Don't mind everyone there just dancing. I'll be in the kitchen making lunch." I say than she kissed my cheek and went dancing with everyone else. As I was cooking the ribs Mr Curtis came in the kitchen.

"Hey Aaliyah, need any help?" Mr Curtis asks. "Ahh yes, could u stir the blue pot for me please?" Ask. "Ofc, yk Aaliyah you made a big impact on the kids lives." He says. "What do you mean?" I ask concerned. "Well Aaliyah, the boys always just stay at the house and make a mess. Dallas hasn't done anything bad sence you've been here. I appreciate you for helping him out." He says. "Yea anytime" I say. "Dinner is ready" I scream. Than everyone ran into the kitchen. I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat.

"Aaliyah? Your not eating?" Johnny asks than everyone looks at me. "Hm? Oh no I'm not hungry right now." I said than went outside to smoke. I didn't really smoke like that. But I did when I was nervous. "Hey liyah, wanna come with us to the drive in?? Our girlfriends are gonna be there so you won't be the only girl" soda asked. "Sure" I say. "Okay than let's go." He says. Than me and the gang, Randy and bob and Tim and curly were off to the movies.
