chapter 10 preparing part 2

Astrids pov

I wake up early in the morning probably about five and walked down stairs to fix up some breakfast when I get down there I was a bite surprised because gobber was usually down here eating breakfast at this time in the morning but I could hear him snoring like a Dragon upstairs I decided to go training in the forest coz I haven't done much training since hiccup proposed and I was to busy looking after him once he got shot and that reminds me his bandages of today to see if we will have to move the date of the wedding
I took some chicken to stormfly and took a piece for me than walked in the forest I walked to my usual spot and started throwing it at the trees it was about twenty minutes that had passed when I heard a rustling in one of the bushes behind me and walked towards it knowing that it would be a small Dragon when I moved the bushes aside there was a baby scuttleclaw it's colours were a deep purple warn a tint of blue and the poor Dragon was injured on its leg with blood dripping down
I walked towards the Dragon put out my hand and looked the other way like hiccup does and felt a scaly nose touching my hand
" alright little guy lets get you to hiccup before your leg gets infected" I said to the Dragon trying to keep him calm and not to wriggle whistled for stormfly and waited for her few minuits for her to come and while I was waiting I decided to call the little bud blue bolt ( that name isn't official if want different than comment and vote and I'll change the name if you want) at last stormfly was here and I mounted here
" alright girl go to hiccups and gently we got an injured dragons" I told stormfly it would usually take about a minuit at full speed but coz I was going slow so I don't drop the Dragon it took a few minutes and at last we were here I dismounted stormfly and knocked on the door to hiccup answering
"m'lady what are you doing here it's six in the morning" hiccup complained and rubbed his half closed eyes
"i was in the forest training when I found this little guy in the bushes and he has a injured leg"
"okay let's get him fix him up" he said and walked in with me at his heels
"is he going to be alright"
"yeah it just looks like it's just a scratch from a ....deadly madder I think it is he fill just need to keep a bandage on and won't be able to walk for a few days what's his name "
"i named him blue bolt and I'm going to take care of him coz I always wanted to see a little Dragon grow up"
"yeah that's a good idea for you to look after him he's going to need a bit of attention for a few days so now you are here do you want to finish preparing for the wedding" "yeah sure"
"alright so how do you want to have the invitations look like"
"um let's have it purple with it opening up with the invitation in the middle than we can have like a party for me and the girls than a party for you and the boys to celebrate our single days than that invitation can go on the side" (like at the top)
"yeah let's do that"

Two hours later

"Uh I can't feel my hands"
"i know right I can't believe it took us that long to write all that alright so here you go m'lady you hand out the ones for the girls than I'll do the boys and we meet back here okay"
"okay see you soon hicc can blue bolt stay end rest he looks so cute and peaceful asleep"
"sure"

Hiccups pov

OMG my hands feel like they are going to fall of
"here you go" I said to all the boys that walked pass me and gave them an invitation
"ugh I can't do this myself" I said and went to get snotlout who I am assuming us at the academy
"hey snotlout"
"yeh couz what do you want"
"actually can I have a favour and help me hand out the wedding invitations and were is everyone"
"yeah sure and all I know is that Astrid took my ruffnut away to hand out the wedding invitations to the girls"
"Astrid and I must have had the same idea so could you help me"
"sure couz I would love to help"
"cool and here is your invitation"
"wow fancy"
"yeah they are but not to fancy"
"yeah I know some people just go over the top with the fanzines"
" yeah alright come on we have to giv one to every male in the village"

One hour later

Astride pov

"ahh finally finished come on I said I would meet up with hicc after I have finished handing out the invitations"
"alright let's go"

Hiccups place

Me and ruff were talking about the wedding and its preparations when me and ruff walked into hiccups house to find all the boys sitting around the table with a beer in a hand
"how did you finish handing out the invitations so quick" I said annoyed that he got back first and all the boys were there with him
"well I got Snot to help then when we were halfway through the rest of the gang found us and help so we could finish quickly"
"and you didn't think of helping me and ruff out huh"
"sorry m'lady I thought that merida and tiffany was helping you but they just came back early"
"no they didn't and where are they" instead of me talking ruff was quicker
"there at astrids house so you can find the dresses and we are going to the tuxedos"
"it doesn't look like it well anyways come on ruff lets get the girls see you mutten heads"
"oh yeah right see you babe see you Snot and by mitten heads" I said and me and ruff walked out laughing our heads of
"come on let's go get the girls than we can go shopping"

Two hours later

" ugh I'm exhausted" complained merida
"yeah me to" replied tiff
" oh come on guys at least you got beautifal brides maids dresses" ruff said to stop the complaining
" we haven't got a dress that's even more beautifal than yours" tiff
"yeah and astrids is even more beautifal than all of ours" merida
"yeah I guess but they are all beautiful" ruff
"do you think hiccup will like the dress maybe I should change it" Astrid
"Astrid for the last time hiccup will love the dress" all three girls
" alright come on home time it's time for dinner than bed tomorrow is the big day and us girls will be at your home early morning tomorrow to help with the make-up" ruff
"yes mum" I said and we all walked home in different directions with our dresses for tonight until tomorrow morning were the best day of my life will happen
