Before I start the actual story, here is a summary of the Pokémon series "Pokémon Horizons". The series "Pokémon Horizons" does not belong to me, but to the Pokémon Company, so all rights belong to them. I have only made up the story that begins at the "The Attack" chapter. My story starts in season 3, episode 64, around the 10-minute mark of the "Pokémon Horizons" series. The information is mostly based on my memories and pokewiki.de. Please don’t judge me if something is incorrect. (Of course, you can skip this part.)

SPOILERS: This description contains spoilers for "Pokémon Horizons"

First, a brief description of the characters:

The Rising Volt Tacklers:

Liko: She was given a pendant by her grandmother when she went to the Indigo Academy. This pendant turned out to be Terapagos. Liko’s goal is to bring Terapagos to Rakua and reunite it with the six heroes. Her friends help her with this. Her partner Pokémon are Floragato and Hattrem.

Roy: He lived with his grandfather on an island in Kanto until he met the Rising Volt Tacklers and encountered Fuecoco. His grandfather entrusted him with an ancient Poké Ball, inside of which was the shiny Rayquaza, one of the six heroes and one of Lucius' Pokémon. His partner Pokémon are Crocalor and Kilowattrel.

Dot: She lived on the airship even before Liko and Roy arrived, as her uncle Murdock also lived there. However, she never left her room until Liko befriended her, and she became more open. Her partner Pokémon are Quaxwell and Tinkatuff.

Friede: He is the founder of the Volttackle Aeronauts. Their goal is to solve the mysteries of the Pokémon world. He is also a Pokémon professor, and his partner Pokémon are Captain Pikachu and Charizard.

Mollie: She is essentially the doctor on board, and her partner Pokémon is Chansey.

Murdock: He is not only Dot’s uncle but also the cook on the airship. His partner Pokémon are Wuffels and Alcremie.

Orla: She is the mechanic on the ship and makes sure the ship can fly. Her partner Pokémon are Metagross and Elekid.

Ludlow: He is the original owner of the ship and loves fishing. His partner Pokémon are Quagsire and Tohaido.

The Explorers:

Master Gibeon: He is the leader of this organization. He once lived in Rakua, a paradise discovered by Lucius, but left under unclear circumstances. Now he is trying to return to reclaim Rakurium. He needs Terapagos and Rayquaza because they are the keys. He instructed the Explorers to watch the Rising Volt Tacklers until they manage to reunite all six heroes. He also has an unknown past with Lucius. His partner Pokémon is a shiny Zygarde.

Amethio: He is Gibeon’s grandson. He promised his grandfather he would find Rakua and the Rakurium hidden there. He says he is very different from his father. He does this all to make his grandfather proud, though he is disliked by the other Explorers, especially Spinel. He is usually calm and cold, but always praises Zir and Conia, even when they fail. He loves his Pokémon Ceruledge, but rarely shows it. Despite everything, he would never hurt anyone. He has already fought Rayquaza twice and lost both times. His loyal Pokémon partners Ceruledge and Corviknight help him achieve his goal.

Hamber: He is Gibeon’s butler. His partner Pokémon is Dusknoir, and not much else is known about him.

Spinel: He conducts his own research and often plans how to stay one step ahead of their enemies. He and Agate often work together. He stole Laquium from a lab and tested it on his Nightara. He cannot stand Amethio and would like him to leave the Discoverers. His partner Pokémon are Umbreon, Beheeyem, and Magneton.

Chalce: She often works with Spinel and has even disguised herself as a teacher to steal data on Terapagos. Her partner Pokémon are Medicham and Xatu.

Coral: She often works with Sidian and tends to react impulsively. She also once disguised herself as a student from the Orange Academy to spy on Liko, Rory, and Dot. Her partner Pokémon is Glalie.

Sidian: He often works with Coralia and is more relaxed than her. He has also disguised himself as a student to spy. His partner Pokémon are Garganacl and Aerodactyl.

Zir and Conia: They are Amethio’s followers. They always follow his instructions and are loyal to him. Conia’s partner Pokémon are Golduck and Panzaeron, while Zir’s are Rhydon and Panzaeron.

Other Important Characters:

Lucius: He traveled through various regions and caught several Pokémon (including legendary ones). These are known as the six heroes: the shiny Rayquaza, a gigantic Arboliva, Galarian Moltres, a larger Lapras, Kleavor, and Entei. Together, they had always been searching for Laqua and eventually found it. At the entrance of Laqua, Lucius separated from his Pokémon and promised he would meet them again. He also traveled with Terapagos. The six heroes and their Poké Balls were scattered across the planet. Lucius, along with his friends (including Gibeon), founded a group called "The Explorers."

Terapagos: It had long been asleep in the form of a pendant, which originally belonged to Liko’s grandmother and later to Liko. Now it is active again, traveling with Liko and the RisingVoltTacklers. It seems to long to reunite with Lucius, though the chances are slim, as they last traveled together a century ago. Nevertheless, Liko wants to bring it to Rakua. Every time one of the six heroes joins them, Terapagos creates a vision of Lucius with pink mist. In emergencies, it can transform into its battle form.

Rakua and Rakurium:

Rakua: It is a paradise discovered by Lucius, but its location is unknown. Rakurium can be found there. According to legend, Rakua is 100 days and 100 nights away from Paldea and is shrouded in pink hues.

Rakurium: These are mysterious crystals that generate pink mist similar to Terapagos. They are also called "Eternal Blessing." Pokémon that enter this mist become wild and stronger.

Background Information:

The Rising Volt Tacklers have encountered Rayquaza twice but could not convince it to join them. However, they managed to get Arboliva, Galarian Moltres, and Lapras to join them. After losing to Rayquaza for the second time, they visited the Naranja Academy to take the Terastal Training course. To complete this, they had to battle the gym leaders of Paldea. Roy and Dot passed their exams, but Liko failed because Grusha did not let her pass.

In the episode where I continue my story, Liko failed her exam with Grusha and was feeling down. While on the way to the peak of the highest mountain in Paldea, Liko lost her friends and encountered Amethio, who was spying on Spinel. Liko fought against Amethio, and just before Liko lost, Spinel appeared and infected his Umbreon with the Eternal Blessing. He ordered it to attack Ceruledge, which was then defeated and thrown into a snowbank…
